Поп-арт як мистецький напрямок багаторазово ставав предметом різноманітних досліджень та залишається одним з найбільш актуальних векторів досліджень у новітньому образотворчому мистецтві. Водночас, прояви поп-арту у творчості видатних сучасних співаків наразі не здобули належного ґрунтовного мистецтвознавчого осмислення, що актуалізує дослідження естетичних засад поп-арту у творчості Леді Гаги. Стаття містить стислу характеристику зародження терміну «поп-арт», співвідношення поп-культури та поп-арту. У статті обґрунтовується зв'язок між творчими принципами популярної поп-співачки Леді Гаги (Lady Gaga) та культової особистості мистецтву поп-арту – Енді Уорхола (Andy Warhol). На основі аналізу виконавської практики Леді Гаги конкретизовано специфіку її виконавського стилю, що сформувався під впливом есте-тики поп-арту. Актуалізовано динаміку становлення та розвитку виконавського стилю Леді Гаги, визначено причини та особливості роботи «Haus of Gaga», уточнено концептуальні естетичні засади презентації альбому «The Fame»; конкретизовано концепцію альбому «The Fame Monster», схарактеризовано значення альбому «Born This Way», визначено концептуальність альбому «Artpop». Стаття також містить аналіз реалізації поп-арту у концертних турах по Північній Америці «The Fame Ball», «The Fame Monster Ball», Південній Америці «Born This Way Ball», у сценографії та режисурі яких повною мірою проявляються риси поп-арту, а також поглядів Леді Гаги на значення поп-арту у її власному творчому доробку. Робиться узагальнення, що поп-арт-ідея домінування особистості артиста (зірки поп-культури) у системі арт-бізнесу, стала основою особистісного та професійного розвитку Леді Гаги, а ідеї та концепції поп-арту безпосередньо вплинули на творчість співачки, і наразі є усі підстави вважати її продовжувачкою поп-арт-руху.
Pop art as an artistic direction has repeatedly become the subject of various studies and remains one of the most relevant vectors of research in the modern fine arts. At the same time, manifestations of pop art in the work of prominent contemporary singers have not yet received proper thorough art historical understanding, which makes the study of the aesthetic principles of pop art in the work of Lady Gaga relevant. The article contains a brief description of the origin of the term "pop art", the relationship between pop culture and pop art. The article substantiates the connection between the creative principles of the popular pop singer Lady Gaga and the cult figure of pop art – Andy Warhol. Based on the analysis of Lady Gaga's performing practice, the specifics of her performing style, which was formed under the influence of pop art aesthetics, are specified. The dynamics of the formation and development of Lady Gaga's performing style are updated, the reasons and features of the work of "Haus of Gaga" are identified, the conceptual aesthetic principles of the presentation of the album "The Fame" are clarified; the concept of the album "The Fame Monster" is specified, the meaning of the album "Born This Way" is characterized, the conceptuality of the album "Artpop" is determined. The article also contains an analysis of the implementation of pop art in concert tours in North America "The Fame Ball", "The Fame Monster Ball", South America "Born This Way Ball", in which the scenography and direction of which fully manifest the features of pop art, as well as Lady Gaga's views on the meaning of pop art in her own creative work. A generalization is made regarding the pop art idea of the dominance of the artist's personality (pop culture star) in the art business system, which became the basis of Lady Gaga's personal and professional development, and the ideas and concepts of pop art directly influenced the singer's work, and now there is every reason to consider her a successor of the pop art movement.
