dc.description.abstractСтрімкий розвиток цифрових технологій трансформує промислові підприємства, підвищуючи їхню ефективність і конкурентоспроможність. У статті представлено всебічний аналіз цифровізації промислових підприємств із акцентом на інтеграцію ключових технологій, таких як Інтернет речей (IoT), штучний інтелект (AI), великі дані та хмарні обчислення. Визначено їхній вплив на бізнес-процеси, ухвалення рішень, а також вартісне створення. Окрема увага приділяється адаптації персоналу, кібербезпеці, побудові сталої цифрової екосистеми. Розглянуто національний та міжнародний досвід цифрової трансформації, оцінку цифрової зрілості та фактори успіху в умовах економічної нестабільності. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо посилення інноваційної активності та адаптивності підприємств до цифрових змін, що є критично важливим у сучасних умовах глобальної конкуренції.
dc.description.abstractThe accelerating evolution of digital technologies is fundamentally transforming industrial enterprises by enabling greater efficiency, productivity, and market responsiveness. In the context of the post-pandemic recovery and geopolitical instability, digitalization becomes not only a tool for optimization but also a means of resilience and adaptation. This paper presents an in-depth examination of digitalization processes in industrial sectors, with a focus on integrating cutting-edge technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data analytics, and Cloud Computing. The study emphasizes the transformative impact of these technologies on business process optimization, real-time decision-making, and overall value chain enhancement. It further explores strategic frameworks for successful digital transformation, including the implementation of holistic digital strategies, effective change management practices, and digital innovation leadership. In addition to the technological dimension, the research highlights critical non-technical factors such as workforce adaptation to digital shifts, the growing importance of cybersecurity, and the development of resilient digital ecosystems. Special attention is paid to assessing digital maturity levels across enterprises and identifying key success factors in an environment characterized by economic volatility. The paper incorporates comparative analyses of international and national digital transformation experiences to distill best practices and scalable innovation models relevant for industrial enterprises. Empirical data and practical case studies reinforce the credibility of the conclusions drawn, offering evidence-based recommendations for enhancing digital adaptability, improving innovation capacity, and reinforcing strategic competitiveness. These insights are particularly relevant in the context of increasingly globalized markets, where digital agility determines long-term industrial viability. The authors emphasize that a synergistic approach involving government, academia, and business is essential to foster sustainable development and strengthen the global competitiveness of Ukraine’s industrial sector.
