dc.description.abstractМетої статті є розкриття ключових аспектів питання формування професійно‐комунікативної компетентності майбутніх педагогів. У процесі студіювання порушеної проблеми було використано такі методи дослідження: аналіз наукової літератури у площині дослідження; узагальнення й систематизація з метою виявлення стану розробленості означеного питання у науковому дискурсі. Констатовано, що у площині аналізу актуальних досліджень проблема формування професійно‐комунікативної компетентності презентована у різних професійних контекстах. Для термінологічної чіткості внесено деякі уточнення щодо трактування ключового поняття «компетентність». Зміст поняття «професійно‐комунікативна компетентність» розкривається через дефініції змістотвірних його складових – «професійна компетентність» та «комунікативна компетентність». На підставі теоретичного аналізу наукової літератури професійно‐комунікативна компетентність майбутнього педагога потрактована як інтегративна характеристика особистості, що визначає здатність актуалізовувати та застосовувати здобутий досвід комунікативної діяльності, спроможність фахівця вирішувати професійні проблеми й типові професійні завдання, які виникають у реальних ситуаціях професійної діяльності, з використанням знань, фахового й життєвого досвіду, цінностей та нахилів, через розв’язування комунікативних задач.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to reveal the key aspects of the formation of professional and communicative competence of future teachers. In the process of studying the raised problem, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific literature in the field of research; generalization and systematization in order to identify the state of development of the given question in the scientific discourse. It was established that in the analysis of current researches, the problem of formation of professional and communicative competence is presented in different professional contexts. For the sake of terminological clarity, some clarifications have been made regarding the interpretation of the key concept "competence". The content of the concept of "professional‐communicative competence" is revealed through the definitions of its meaningful components ‐ "professional competence" and "communicative competence". The professional competence of a teacher is a personality trait that manifests itself in the ability to engage in pedagogical activity; the unity of theoretical and practical readiness of the teacher to carry out pedagogical activity; the ability to act effectively, to effectively solve standard and problematic situations arising in pedagogical activity. Communicative competence is interpreted as an integrative personal education, which manifests itself in the process of communication as the ability to actualize and apply the acquired experience of communicative activity and individual psychological qualities of a person to achieve a communicative goal. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, the professional and communicative competence of the future teacher is interpreted as an integrative characteristic of the personality, which determines the ability to actualize and apply the acquired experience of communicative activity, the ability of a specialist to solve professional problems and typical professional tasks that arise in real situations of professional activity, using knowledge , professional and life experience, values and inclinations, through solving communicative problems. In general, professional and communicative competence accumulates individual characteristics of the degree of compliance with the requirements of the profession; knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of interpersonal interaction; social communicative guidelines, abilities and positions necessary for effective professional and pedagogical interaction. It was found that professional and communicative competence is an integral part of an individual's professional activity, since it reflects the personal qualities and attributes of a specialist that ensure independent and effective implementation of professional tasks.
