dc.description.abstractМета статті - проаналізувати передумови становлення лінгвометодичної підготовки майбутніх викладачів іноземних мов на території України в період із ХІХ - ХХ ст. У дослідженні використані теоретичні методи й історико-генетичний метод для опрацювання наукових фактів. З'ясовано, що становлення лінгвометодичної підготовки відбувалося під впливом низки соціально-економічних факторів, які впливали на педагогічні чинники і розвиток освіти. Зроблено висновок, що для майбутнього викладача іноземних мов було необхідно не тільки досконало знати мову, але й володіти лінгвометодичною компетентністю. Подальші наукові розвідки передбачають вивчення сучасних особливостей лінгвометодичної підготовки майбутніх викладачів іноземних мов.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is aimed at analyzing the preconditions to the formation of linguistic- methodological training of the future teachers of foreign languages in the territory of Ukraine from XIX to XX centuries. The historic- genetic methods as well as methods of theoretical fact processing have been used in the paper. In the course of our research, the notion linguistic-methodological training is considered as a process of teaching competent and prospective teachers of foreign languages in the field of linguistics and methodology. The process of formation of linguistic- methodological training of future teachers of foreign languages in the territory of Ukraine has been analyzed within two periods: the first half - pre-revolutionary Ukraine (the nineteenth century); and the second half - the twentieth century (the Soviet Ukraine). Within the study, it has been ascertained, that the peculiarity of the linguistic- methodological training of future teachers of foreign languages in the pre-revolutionary period, marked a tendency to recognize the Methodology as a key discipline of a professional education. This discipline was aimed to explain the ways of effective studying foreign languages. As a result, the usage, imitation and combination of different methods of learning foreign languages led to positive changes at the end of the period. At the same time the teachers of foreign languages, within this period, were not yet an ideal examples of linguistic-methodological competence. Speaking about Soviet times, foreign language teachers were those who employed the best traits of character and tried not only to teach but also to educate using foreign languages and literature as a tool. They were the proletarian-mentors who had to take care of the versatile development of the student. They manifested themselves as experienced philologists and methodologists. It has been clarified that formation of linguistic-methodological training took place under the influence of a number of historical and socio-economic factors that influenced development of education. It was concluded that for the prospective teachers of foreign languages it was necessary not only to know perfectly foreign languages, but to be the methodologists who could easily use different educational tools in order to make an effective teaching process. Therefore, our further scientific inquiry will be aimed to study the current pedagogical situation concerning the linguistic-methodological training of future teachers of foreign languages.uk_UA
