dc.description.abstractРезультатом дослідження став аналіз впровадження національної стратегії штучного інтелекту в Україні. Автори дослідження проаналізували міжнародний досвід регулювання штучного інтелекту, існуючу нормативно-правову базу та найкращі міжнародні стратегії розвитку цифрових технологій. Активний розвиток технологій штучного інтелекту яскраво свідчить, що дедалі більше секторів економіки бачать у них можливість для власного розвитку, шляхом розвитку інноваційних центів та проведення різнопланових наукових досліджень. Україна в багатьох напрямках наукової та практичної діяльності лише розпочинає застосовувати інструменти штучного інтелекту, вбачаючи за ним великі перспективи як в нинішній складний час, так і в період відновлення та відбудови власної економіки. Одним із чинників, що гальмує процес активного запровадження новітніх цифрових технологій виступає війна із Росією; бойові дії на більшій частині території держави і значна частка українських мігрантів, що вимушено перебувають за межами України. Разом із тим, українські ІТ-спеціалісти беруть активну участь у розробці перспективних продуктів, які є інноваційними та конкурентоспроможними на світовому ринку.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe implementation of artificial intelligence in various fields of activity can increase production efficiency, improve the quality of services, ensure more accurate decision-making and improve interaction with customers. In addition, the introduction of artificial intelligence contributes to the development of innovative industries, the creation of new jobs and the increase of the country's competitiveness as a whole. In the process of writing the article, a systematic approach was applied using the methods of comparative analysis and synthesis to study modern trends and prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence. The result of the research was the analysis of the implementation of the national strategy of artificial intelligence in Ukraine. The authors of the study analyzed the international experience of artificial intelligence regulation, the existing legal framework and the best international strategies for the development of digital technologies. The active development of artificial intelligence technologies clearly shows that more and more sectors of the economy see them as an opportunity for their own development, through the development of innovation centers and conducting various scientific researches. In many areas of scientific and practical activity, Ukraine is just beginning to use the tools of artificial intelligence, seeing great prospects in it, both in the current difficult time and in the period of recovery and reconstruction of its own economy. One of the factors that slows down the process of active introduction of the latest digital technologies is the war with Russia, hostilities on most of the territory of the state and a significant share of Ukrainian migrants who are forcibly outside Ukraine. At the same time, Ukrainian IT specialists take an active part in the development of products that are innovative and competitive on the world market. The concept of using artificial intelligence in the governmental activity of Ukraine is an important step in the development and modernization of state structures. It opens up new opportunities for economic growth and international cooperation. It is also about creating a legal framework for the use of artificial intelligence in accordance with international standards.uk_UA
