dc.description.abstractВ умовах цифрової трансформації виникає потреба у визначенні теоретичних основ взаємодії ШІ з ноосферними цінностями – гармонізацією людської діяльності з природним середовищем, соціальною справедливістю та інтелектуальним потенціалом суспільства. Актуальність теми зумовлена відсутністю усталених наукових парадигм, які б комплексно описували роль штучного інтелекту в межах ноосферної парадигми економіки. У статті здійснено концептуалізацію ролі штучного інтелекту в упровадженні ноосферної економіки як одного з ключових шляхів реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку ООН. Розкрито концептуальні засади формування ноосферної економіки як нової стадії гармонійної взаємодії суспільства, науки та природи. Акцент зроблено на потенціалі технологій ШІ як інструменту гармонізації економічних процесів з глобальними цілями сталого розвитку. Результати дослідження можуть слугувати основою для розробки стратегій національного розвитку в умовах цифрової трансформації та стати ключовим інструментом реалізації ЦСР ООН.
dc.description.abstractIn the context of digital transformation, there is a need to define the theoretical foundations of AI interaction with noospheric values, such as harmonization of human activity with the natural environment, social justice and the intellectual potential of society. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of established scientific paradigms that would comprehensively describe the role of artificial intelligence within the noospheric paradigm of the economy. That is why the conceptualization of new approaches and provisions that reveal the integrative potential of AI in the formation of a noospheric model of development is an urgent task of modern science The paper investigates the transformation processes in the economy under the influence of the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of the noospheric paradigm. The purpose of the study is to conceptualize artificial intelligence in the implementation of the noosphere economy as a way to realize the goals of the United Nations in the implementation of development. Objectives of the study: 1) to analyze the relationship between AI and the noosphere economy; 2) to find out the ways and directions of integrating AI into the noosphere economy; 3) to reveal the key goals of the UN in the context of identifying the potential of AI as a driving force of the noosphere economy. The methodological basis of the study is an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of noosphere philosophy, artificial intelligence theory, economic theory of sustainable development and digital transformation The theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the noosphere economy as a new stage of interaction between society, science and nature are considered. The author conceptualizes new provisions that explain the integration of AI into the system of noospheric values: sustainable development, ethical management, environmental management, and social responsibility. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing national development strategies in the context of digital transformation. Conclusions. However, its implementation should be based on ethical principles, scientific thinking, and global solidarity. Only then will artificial intelligence become a means of creating a humane, sustainable, and intelligent world rather than a threat. The noosphere economy requires ethical integration of AI into society, as it requires norms of justice, transparency, privacy, and non-discrimination.
