dc.description.abstractВ статті розглядаються теоретичні та практичні питання організаційно-управлінських аспектів впровадження системи управління конкурентними перевагами підприємств сис-темних інтеграторів галузі ІТ. Дослідження базується на оригінальній моделі системи управ-ління конкурентними перевагами та її адаптації до організаційної структури підприємства ІТ системного інтегратора. В статті детально розглядається матриця відповідальності RACI для системи управління конкурентними перевагами, а також ролі менеджменту та підрозділів підприємства на всіх етапах впровадження системи управління конкурентними перевагами. Використання результатів дослідження дозволяє забезпечити на підприєм-ствах ІТ системних інтеграторах сталу системну роботу щодо аналізу, розробки та реалі-зації стратегій забезпечення конкурентних переваг, визначити зони відповідальності підроз-ділів та забезпечити їх ефективну взаємодію.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines theoretical and practical issues of organizational and managerial aspects of implementing a competitive advantage management system in IT system integrator enterprises. The research is based on the original model of a competitive advantage management system, which includes three main stages: analysis, development, and implementation, each consisting of specific tasks and elements. The organizational structure of an IT system integrator enterprise considered in the study takes into account the specifics of system integrator’s business and the functional responsibilities of company’s departments. The article provides a detailed examination of RACI responsibility matrix for the competitive advantage management system of an IT system integrator. For each of the three stages of the competitive advantage management system and their elements, the roles of management and company departments are described, along with their involvement in task execution and the degree of responsibility. The roles of departments and executives at each stage are determined depending on the tasks being solved, the department’s profile, and other factors. The proposed methodology defines the responsibility of individuals and departments for performing the relevant stages and tasks, establishes coordination and effective interaction between them, ensures timely goal-setting and task definition, resource allocation, and the implementation of organizational and motivational measures aimed at the successful execution of competitive strategies. Special attention in the article is given to the issue of coordinating the interaction of departments during the implementation of the competitive advantage management system in the enterprise. The study substantiates and proposes assigning this coordinating function to the Project and Business Development Director and the subordinate Projects Department. The approaches presented in the article ensure the enterprise’s adaptation to current market conditions, the preservation and strengthening of its competitive positions, as well as the improvement of the management system and internal business processes of the enterprise. The application of the research results enables IT system integrator enterprises to establish a sustainable systemic process of analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies for ensuring competitive advantages.
