Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних аспектів формування системи інформаційного забезпечення управління сільськогосподарськими підприємствами. У статті проаналізовано підходи до розуміння сутності інформаційного забезпечення, визначено його функціональні компоненти та окреслено специфічні особливості для аграрного сектору. Розглянуто переваги цифровізації управління: впровадження автоматизованих інформаційних систем, використання геоінформаційних технологій, супутникового моніторингу, аналітичних платформ та інструментів прогнозування. Окрему увагу приділено питанням інформаційної безпеки, що є особливо актуальним в умовах воєнного стану, коли підприємства зазнають ризиків втрати даних та руйнування інфраструктури. Визначено, що система інформаційного забезпечення управління сільськогосподарськими підприємствами повинна охоплювати економічний, організаційний та технологічний виміри.
The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an information support system for managing agricultural enterprises. It demonstrates that the current development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector is unfolding amid escalating global challenges, including military threats, climate change, disruptions in logistics chains, and intensified competition in global food markets. Under such circumstances, the creation of an effective information support system – capable of providing managers with accurate, relevant, and timely data for evidence-based decision-making – becomes critically important for ensuring sustainable development and organizational resilience. The study examines various approaches to defining the essence and structure of information support, identifies its principal functional components, and outlines the specific organizational and technological characteristics inherent to the agricultural sector. The paper highlights the advantages of management digitalization, particularly the deployment of automated information systems, geoinformation technologies, satellite monitoring, analytical platforms, and forecasting tools that enhance the precision, flexibility, and efficiency of managerial decisions. Special attention is devoted to information security issues, which gain particular relevance under wartime conditions when enterprises face increased risks of data loss, cyberattacks, and infrastructure damage. The research establishes that an effective information support system for agricultural enterprise management should integrate economic, organizational, and technological dimensions, consolidating data from both internal and external sources into a unified digital management environment. The article proposes a comprehensive conceptual framework for constructing such a system, incorporating advanced digital technologies, principles of adaptive and strategic management, and modern analytical tools for scenario forecasting. The implementation of this framework is expected to enhance the efficiency and transparency of agricultural enterprise management, strengthen competitiveness in global markets, and contribute substantially to ensuring Ukraine’s food and economic security in the long term.
