dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються можливості удосконалення надання послуг соціальними службами із соціально-педагогічної підтримки безробітної молоді в Україні. Розкрито й проаналізовано заходи з надання послуг соціальними службами із соціально-педагогічної підтримки безробітної молоді в Україні порівняно із зарубіжними країнами. Зроблено деякі висновки щодо можливостей удосконалення надання послуг із соціально-педагогічної підтримки безробітної молоді соціальними службами в Україні з урахуванням ментальних особливостей на рівнях: міністерств і відомств, навчальних закладів, центрів соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді, служб зайнятості, громадських організацій.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article describes and analyzes the measures of social welfare services connected with social and educational support of the unemployed youth in Ukraine in comparison with other countries. Some conclusions connected with the possibilities of improvement of donation of social and educational support to the unemployed youth by social services in Ukraine take into consideration mental peculiarities at different levels:  the level of ministries and departments: the creation of a single clear system of monitoring specialties needed on the labour market and corresponding vacancies for studying in professional and higher educational institutions and conducting the monitoring of job vacancies, the number of unemployed in all the country, the implementation of contractual forms of relations between state and non-governmental organizations;  the level of educational institutions: providing an active and coordinated work of a social pedagogue, a psychologist, a teacher of labour training connected with the professional orientation of pupils; implementation of such subjects as «Man and the world of professions», «Career building» in all secondary schools, implementation of such a document as «Passport of career choice» into the practice of work of secondary, professional and higher schools which could be used by employment services for a reasonable choice of profession;  the level of centres of social services for families, children and youth: using by the specialists of these centers innovative forms and methods of social and educational support of unemployed young people which would not duplicate the forms and methods of employment services;  the level of employment Services: creation in the service of employment of various structural units and providing a differentiated approach to the selection of specialists of employment services; professional consultant for the youth of working professions, professional consultant of working professions for adult population; professional consultant for people with disabilities; professional consultant for applicants, students, graduates; professional consultant of academic professions;  the level of public organizations: exploring the possibilities of having voluntary social year and voluntary environmental year.uk_UA
