Анотація
У статті розглядається важливість предметних компетентностей вчителя технологій для забезпечення якості освітнього процесу. Зазначається,що глибокі знання та практичні навички вчителя є ключовими елементами розробки ефективних навчальних програм та методів. Проаналізовано роль сучасних технологій у викладанні, їх сприяння стимулюванню інтересу та творчого мислення учнів. Аналіз досліджень підкреслює важливість індивідуалізації та постійного самовдосконалення вчителів технологій для успішного формування не лише фахівців, але й лідерів майбутнього. Вчитель розглядається як стратегічний партнер для учня, а інтеграція сучасних методів та практичних завдань є ключем до глибокого засвоєння матеріалу та розвитку критичного мислення. Розглянуто вплив відсутності глибоких теоретичних знань у вчителя на якість навчання. Висвітлено необхідність постійного самовдосконалення та адаптації вчителя до змін, а також важливість розвитку ключових навичок учнів. Систематичне спостереження за вчителями технологій у реальних умовах дозволяє визначити їхні сильні сторони та області для подальшого розвитку.
The article discusses the importance of subject competences of technology teachers for ensuring the quality of the educational process. The authors emphasize the disclosure of significant aspects related to subject competences and their impact on the quality of the educational process, namely: fundamental components of subject competences, the art of organizing learning, the influence of values and attitudes, trends in the formation of competences and professional development and self‐education. It is noted that deep knowledge and practical skills of a teacher are key elements in the development of effective curricula and methods. The role of modern technologies in teaching and their contribution to stimulating students’ interest and creative thinking is analyzed. Special importance is attached to creating an atmosphere of creativity in the classroom. It allows the teacher to develop in students not only specific skills, but also the ability to think creatively, look for non‐standard solutions and improve their ideas. Innovation is defined as the value and attitude of the teacher of technology, which contributes to the familiarization of students with the latest technologies and develops their critical thinking. The analysis of research emphasizes the importance of individualization and continuous self‐improvement of technology teachers for the successful formation of not only specialists, but also leaders of the future. The role of the teacher is seen as a strategic partner for the student, and the integration of modern methods and practical tasks is the key to deep learning and the development of critical thinking. The impact of a teacher’s lack of deep theoretical knowledge on the quality of learning is considered. The need for constant self‐improvement (participation in seminars, trainings, self‐education) and adaptation of the teacher to changes, as well as the importance of the development of students’ key skills, are highlighted. According to the authors, this contributes to keeping abreast of the latest achievements and the development of the teacher’s creative potential and pedagogical skills. Systematic observation of technology teachers in real‐life settings allows us to identify their strengths and areas for further development.
