Анотація
Безпекова діяльність в умовах торговельних підприємств характеризується рядом відмінностей, одна з яких полягає в необхідності швидко й адекватно реагувати на будь-які зміни, які не обмежуються внутрішнім чи ближнім зовнішнім середовищем. Військові дії спровокували зміну пріоритетності реагування, коли реакція на загрозу уже є запізнілою у порівнянні із активністю стосовно викликів й ризиків. Перед суб’єктам безпеки торговельних підприємств все активніше ставляться завдання щодо виявлення нових можливостей із наступним супроводом їх ефективного використання для покращення конкурентної позиції. В цілому в поточних умовах актуалізується питання зміни засад організації інформаційного забезпечення, виходячи не з даних звітності, а ширшого використання якісних оцінок з максимальною оперативністю для формування уявлення про результативність дій суб’єктів безпеки у відповідності до фактичних умов, що склалися на певний момент часу. Розроблена технологія оцінювання послуговує створенню цілісного уявлення про усі аспекти здійснення безпекової діяльності торговельного підприємства із можливістю подальшого оперативного внесення необхідних коректив.
Security activity in the conditions of commercial enterprises is characterized by a number of differences, one of which is the need to quickly and adequately respond to any changes that are not limited to the internal or near external environment. Military actions have provoked a change in the priority of the response, where the reaction to the threat is already delayed compared to the activity in relation to the challenges and risks. The security subjects of trade enterprises are increasingly faced with the task of identifying new opportunities followed by their effective use to improve their competitive position. In general, in the current conditions, the question of changing the principles of the organization of information support is being updated, based not on reporting data, but on the wider use of qualitative assessments with maximum efficiency to form an idea of the effectiveness of the actions of security entities in accordance with the actual conditions that have developed at a certain point in time. The purpose of the study is to develop a technology for evaluating the effectiveness of security activities of a trading enterprise. To develop a technology for evaluating the effectiveness of the security activities of a trading company, the following methods were used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – during the study of the existing practice of evaluating the security activities of enterprises; synthesis and analysis – for the calculation of primary indices, group and integral indicators; morphological analysis – to determine the list of primary indexes; expert survey – to establish weighting factors; graphic – for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstractlogical – for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. On the basis of a careful study of existing developments, a variant of the technology for evaluating the effectiveness of security activities of trade enterprises is proposed. The developed technology is a combination of knowledge (including methods, tools, methods, principles), experience, organizational, technical and other decisions about the conditions, principles and sequence of operations, the implementation of which allows you to get a holistic vision of the course of security processes and the activity of sub security entities in the performance of specified tasks. The three components involve the calculation of a wide list of primary indicators, followed by their unification into group indicators and the determination of an integral indicator, which is facilitated by weighting factors that maximally take into account the specifics of trade and ensuring security in the conditions of the relevant economic entity. The use of the developed technology made it possible to obtain information about the actual results of the security activities of individual trade enterprises during 2021–2023, in particular in terms of countermeasures and elimination of threats related to COVID-19 and military actions.
