Анотація
У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів морської галузі в закладах вищої освіти. За результатами аналізу електронних порталів провідних закладів вищої освіти України з морської галузі уточнено поняття «менеджер морської галузі», поняття «професійна компетентність майбутнього менеджера морської галузі» визначено як уміння фахівця мобілізувати в конкретній ситуації отримані знання та досвід, наявність таких якостей, як самостійність, здатність приймати відповідальні рішення, уміння постійно вчитися й оновлювати знання, гнучке і системне мислення, комунікативні якості. Одним із ефективних методів навчання майбутніх фахівців визначено науково-проєктний коворкінг, застосування якого сприяє підвищенню мотивації до навчання у здобувачів вищої освіти й успішності в подальшій професійній діяльності.
The article considers modern approaches to the formation of professional competence of future managers of the maritime industry in higher education institutions. The concept of "professional competence” has been clarified, which is a qualitative characteristic of a specialist’ personality and includes a system of scientific and technical knowledge; professional skills and abilities; the presence of a persistent need to be competent and interested in the professional activities of their profile; "professional training of future managers of the maritime industry", which is a process of the systematic knowledge acquiring by the future specialist, that develops skills and abilities adequate to his professional activity, which generally ensures his professional security and adaptability. According to the results of the analysis of the maritime industry leading higher education institutions electronic portals in Ukraine, the concept of "maritime industry manager"; is clarified – he is a specialist in the field of maritime industry, able to solve any problem in various areas of maritime business, to organize their professional activities and subordinates, to manage the work of the fleet and ports, etc. The concept of "professional competence of the future manager of the maritime industry"; is defined as the ability of a specialist to mobilize knowledge and experience in a particular situation, presence of such qualities as independence, ability to make responsible decisions, ability to constantly learn and update knowledge, flexible and systematic thinking, communication skills. It is established that in the process of maritime industry future managers training, the research and teaching staff of higher education institutions face a difficult task, that is the need to form the future managers’ adequate assessment of their own capabilities; readiness to perceive the real picture of the labor market and the desires of employers, to realize their professional suitability. It was found that one of the effective methods of training future managers of the maritime industry is research and design coworking, which is an innovative contextually oriented educational environment through which the educational process is personal for professionals, which increases motivation to learn from higher education and success in further professional activity.
