This article presents a comprehensive and interdisciplinary study of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on modern organizational management systems within the broader context of global digital transformation. AI is increasingly transitioning from being merely a supportive technological instrument to becoming a core strategic resource that directly influences business competitiveness, innovation capacity, and organizational resilience. The research systematically explores the principal vectors of AI integration into core management functions, including strategic planning and forecasting, operational process optimization, human resource and talent management, marketing and consumer behavior analytics, as well as advanced risk management and corporate governance systems. Special emphasis is placed on identifying the transformative potential of AI in enhancing managerial efficiency. The study reveals that the implementation of AI leads to improved speed and accuracy of decision-making, reduction of operational costs and human errors, better allocation of resources, and increased adaptability to volatile, uncertain, and complex environments. Furthermore, AI enables organizations to process and analyze vast datasets in real time, generating insights that were previously inaccessible through traditional analytical methods. At the same time, the research critically examines the significant challenges and limitations of AI adoption in management. These include algorithmic opacity and the “black box” problem, ethical and moral dilemmas arising from automated decision-making, concerns about data security and privacy, technological dependence on external providers, and the insufficient level of digital competencies among managerial staff. The article also addresses the socio-psychological consequences of AI integration, such as resistance to change, job displacement anxieties, and the shifting nature of leadership roles in AI-augmented organizations. In light of these challenges, the author argues for the development of a new paradigm of organizational management that promotes symbiotic human–AI collaboration. This paradigm emphasizes the importance of cultivating a digital organizational culture, fostering ethical and inclusive governance models, ensuring transparency and accountability in AI use, and embedding AI strategies into long-term organizational development plans. Methodologically, the study is grounded in systems thinking, content analysis, qualitative expert interviews, and multiple case studies involving international companies that have successfully integrated AI into their managerial practices. The article provides a set of practical, evidence-based recommendations aimed at supporting executives, digital transformation officers, policymakers, researchers, and educators who are engaged in innovation-driven and data-informed organizational development. These insights are particularly relevant for organizations seeking to remain competitive and sustainable in the era of rapid technological evolution and increasing reliance on intelligent systems.
