dc.description.abstractУ даній статті авторами розглянуто сутність фізкультурно-оздоровчих технологій як основного структурного компонента реабілітаційних програм, спрямованих на збереження, зміцнення здоров'я, підвищення працездатності, профілактику захворювань або відновлення ушкоджених функцій, усунення порушень унаслідок основного захворювання або супутніх уражень; визначено основні етапи їх розвитку, структуру та базові компоненти.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to systematize approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “physical culture and health technologies", studying the main stages of their development, structure and basic components. Methods of research: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, generalization of research results of separate authors. Conclusion and perspectives of further research. In this article the authors consider in detail the essence of physical culture and health technologies as the main structural component of rehabilitation programs aimed at preserving, strengthening health, increasing the efficiency of work, preventing diseases or restoring damaged functions, eliminating violations due to the underlying disease or associated lesions; defined the main stages of their development, structure and basic components. A significant factor in solving the issue of restoring and strengthening health, increasing active life expectancy, eliminating the disadvantages of physical development, forming vital motor skills and skills of a modern person is a well-organized motor activity. In the practice of physical education and physical rehabilitation, it is implemented in various organizational forms, one of which is physical culture and health technologies. Taking into account existing terminological problems at the present stage of formation of the specialty “physical therapy, ergotherapy”, in the scientific literature there are various interpretations of the basic concepts for this industry. Thus, physical culture and health technologies are a way of using physical exercises of different orientations in order to restore or increase the level of health, prevent diseases or eliminate disadvantages in physical development, increase active life expectancy. As an important part of the system of physical education, physical culture and health technologies are the main structural component of rehabilitation programs, in the structure of which distinguish: the basic level (pedagogical technologies, medical and pedagogical support) and the level of support (analytical, material and technical). The basic components of physical culture and health technologies are conceptual, procedural, managerial and coordinating. In practice, in the field of physical education and rehabilitation, physical culture and health technologies are implemented in the form of a variety of fitness programs.uk_UA
