Анотація
У статті охарактеризовано організаційно‐педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх учителів технологій до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання основ дизайну учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти. Обґрунтовано організаційні та педагогічні обставини процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій до навчання основ дизайну учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти, до яких належать гуманістична спрямованість сучасної освіти, проблемно‐пошуковий характер навчання, інформатизація освітнього процесу, особистісний потенціал кожного студента, його інтелектуально‐чуттєве сприйняття, готовність до самовдосконалення та самоосвіти. Запропоновано оптимальне поєднання таких обставин з метою активізації навчально‐пізнавальної діяльності майбутніх фахівців, їх ініціативності, творчості, самостійності, професійного інтересу тощо.
The article describes the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future teachers of technology to apply innovative technologies for teaching the basics of design to students of general secondary education institutions. The organizational and pedagogical circumstances of the process of professional training of future technology teachers for teaching the basics of design to students of general secondary education institutions, which include the humanistic orientation of modern education, the problem‐searching nature of education, the informatization of the educational process, the personal potential of each student, his intellectual and sensory perception, are substantiated. readiness for self‐improvement and self‐education. The interpretation of the term "condition" as a certain circumstance, situation, a set of objective possibilities of content, forms, methods of teaching and upbringing, as well as the circumstances of pedagogical interaction of the subjects of the educational process is considered. It was determined that the construct "organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future technology teachers to teach students the basics of design" should provide for an optimal combination of organizational and pedagogical circumstances that are necessary and sufficient for the effective training of future teachers in design education. A combination of such circumstances is proposed in order to activate the educational and cognitive activity of future specialists, their initiative, creativity, independence, professional interest, etc. Theoretical and empirical research methods, as well as methods of mathematical statistics, were used to solve the tasks. In particular, the study of normative documentation, philosophical, psychological‐pedagogical and educational‐methodical literature in order to determine the state of preparation of future technology teachers for design‐educational activities; observation, conversation, questionnaires, testing to study the state of readiness of future technology teachers to learn the basics of design; statistical processing to confirm the reliability of the results obtained. In general, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the design training of future technology teachers are subordinated to the general goal and features of the formation of general and professional competences aimed at realizing the readiness of teachers to use innovative technologies for teaching students the basics of design in general secondary education institutions. In order to increase the effectiveness of the professional training of technology teachers based on the use of innovative technologies, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of design education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, as well as the creation of integrated textbooks for Ukrainian schoolchildren, require further research.
