dc.description.abstractУ розвідці виокремлено етапи трансформації системи підготовки фахівців у Сумському державному педагогічному університеті імені А. С. Макаренка. Висвітлено провідні тенденції й особливості функціонування закладу вищої педагогічної освіти в залежності від впливу комплексу окреслених чинників. Схарактеризовано оновлення підходів до мети, цінностей, принципів підготовки майбутніх учителів відповідно до вимог суспільства, специфіки академічного середовища та зміни пріоритетів політики держави в галузі вищої освіти. Розкрито успіхи і труднощі у формуванні педагогічних та науково-педагогічних кадрів на базі Сумського державного педагогічного університету в історичній ретроспективі та в умовах сьогодення. Представлено форми й засоби розвитку професійної майстерності та громадянського світогляду майбутніх учителів у процесі академічної та позанавчальної роботи.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe stages of transformation of the system of training specialists at Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko, the leading tendencies and peculiarities of functioning of the institution depending on the influence of a complex of factors, first of all, the needs of educational practice, state policy and changes in educational paradigms are revealed, namely: formation of an education institution (1924-1930) as Sumy higher pedagogical courses and Sumy teaching and technical school, Ukrainianization of the content of education, approbation of new forms and methods of teaching; development of Sumy Institute of Social Education and Sumy Pedagogical Institute (1930-1941) – strengthening of centralization, unification, regulation, Russification, ideologization of the education system; cessation of the Institute’s activities as a result of the Second World War (1941-1943); restoration of Sumy Pedagogical Institute (1943-1973), profiling of specialists training, deepening of the connection with production, functioning of the general science faculty; stabilization of activity of Sumy State Pedagogical Institute (1974-1985) – transition to new educational standards on the basis of development of appropriate infrastructure, increase of efficiency of educational, research, cultural and sports directions; enhancement of the potential of Sumy Pedagogical Institute (1985-1999), reorganization into Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko (1999) in the context of the course on democratization, deunification, humanization, diversification of higher education; integration of SSPU into the European and international educational space (from 1999 to the present) – intensification of training and retraining of scientific and pedagogical staff; strengthening of cooperation with research institutions, education institutions of Ukraine and abroad. Updating of approaches to the purpose, values, principles of education and upbringing of the student youth in accordance with the contextual changes in the academic environment and the state course in the field of higher education are characterized. The forms and means of influencing formation of the young generation in terms of academic and extracurricular work are presented.uk_UA
