dc.description.abstractУ статті охарактеризовано особливості і визначені пріоритети розвитку аграрного сектору економіки України у контексті зайнятості населення на засадах «зеленого» курсу. Окреслено чинники формування інституційних можливостей забезпечення ефективної зайнятості населення на селі через удосконалення форм господарювання. Розглядаються форми підприємницької діяльності як інституційні рушії, що сприяють соціально-економічному добробуту населення, досягненню Цілей сталого розвитку та реалізації Європейського зеленого курсу. Приділено увагу процесам інституціоналізації «зеленого» курсу в Україні, яка вказала на вплив інвестицій, інноваційних технологій та екологічних ініціатив на економічний розвиток і зайнятість населення у післявоєнний період. У роботі обґрунтовано важливість «озеленення» підприємницької інфраструктури, створення нових робочих місць, а також розвитку органічного і екологічно орієнтованого агровиробництва, що є необхідними для адаптації до європейських ринкових стандартів і переходу на стійкий розвиток сільських територій. У статті досліджується концепція «зелених» робочих місць як важливий елемент сталого розвитку економіки, зокрема в аграрному секторі, шляхом поєднання виробництва та споживання екологічно чистих товарів і послуг. Проаналізовано необхідність створення «зелених» робочих місць для забезпечення кліматичного переходу в контексті сучасного ринку праці. Застосовуючи SWOT-аналіз, було відзначено, що сильні сторони, як-от високоякісна продукція, родючі ґрунти та вигідне географічне положення, можуть бути ефективно використані в умовах підтримки ЄС для модернізації агросектору. Серед загроз визначено посилення регуляцій ЄС, кліматичні та економічні виклики, що вимагають адаптації та значних інвестицій у екологічно чисті технології. Презентовано кваліфікації зв'язку напрямів діяльності форм організації господарювання із заходами впровадження ініціатив Європейського зеленого курсу. Здійснено оцінку змін у чисельності зайнятих працівників підприємств галузі сільського господарства у розрізі категорій розміру цих структур. Наведено проєкції інституційних змін в економіці стосовно їх впливу на мотивацію трудової діяльності з аналізом структурних змін й динаміки найманої робочої сили.
dc.description.abstractThe article describes the peculiarities and identified priorities of the development of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy in the context of employment of the population on the basis of the «Green Dеel». The factors of the formation of institutional opportunities for ensuring effective employment of the population in the countryside through the improvement of forms of management are outlined. Forms of entrepreneurial activity are considered as institutional drivers contributing to the socio-economic well-being of the population, the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and the implementation of the «European Green Dеel». Attention is paid to the processes of institutionalization of the «Green Dеel» in Ukraine, which indicated the impact of investments, innovative technologies and environmental initiatives on economic development and employment of the population in the post-war period. The work substantiates the importance of the «greening» of business infrastructure, the creation of new jobs, as well as the development of organic and ecologically oriented agricultural production, which are necessary for adaptation to European market standards and the transition to sustainable development of rural areas. The article examines the concept of «green» workplaces as an important element of sustainable economic development, particularly in the agricultural sector, by combining the production and consumption of environmentally friendly goods and services. The need to create «green» workplaces to ensure the climate transition in the context of the modern labor market is analyzed. Applying a SWOT analysis, it was noted that strengths such as high-quality products, fertile soils and favorable geographical location can be effectively used in the context of EU support for the modernization of the agricultural sector. Among the threats identified are the strengthening of EU regulations, climate and economic challenges that require adaptation and significant investment in environmentally friendly technologies. The qualifications for the connection of the areas of activity of the forms of economic organization with the measures of implementation of the initiatives of the «European Green Dеel» are presented. An assessment of changes in the number of employed employees of enterprises in the field of agriculture was carried out in terms of size categories of these structures. Projections of institutional changes in the economy in relation to their impact on the motivation of labor activity with an analysis of structural changes and dynamics of the hired labor force have been given.
