| Abstract: | У статті на основі аналізу наукової літератури визначено поняття «психічне здоров’я педагога», проаналізовано значення психічного здоров’я вчителя для успішного здійснення професійної діяльності. Запропоновано ряд критеріїв, які визначають норму психічного здоров’я. Обґрунтовано шляхи та засоби збереження і зміцнення психічного здоров’я вчителя у сучасних умовах. The notion «psychical health of a teacher» on the basis of analysis of scientific literature is defined in the article, the meaning of psychical health of a teacher for successful realization of professional activity is analyses here. A number of criteria that determine the norm of psychical health are offered. Ways and means of improvement of psychical health of a teacher in modern terms are grounded in this work. |
