Анотація
У статті акцент зроблено на тому, що важливу роль у вихованні учнів початкових класів, розширенні й поглибленні їхніх знань, розвитку творчих здібностей відводиться спеціально організованій позакласній виховній роботі. Визначено, що позакласна виховна робота в початковій школі має бути пронизана сучасними ігровими технологіями, у ході яких діти вступатимуть у спілкування з однолітками; будуть об’єднані спільними метою, зусиллями щодо отримання досягнення в діяльності, переживаннями, які залишать глибокий слід у свідомості дитини та сприятимуть формування добрих почуттів, благородних поривань, навичок колективного життя. Розкрито сутність квест-технологій, шоу-технологій, сюжетно-рольових технологій, технологій рольової гри.
The article focuses on the idea that in order to implement the formula of a New Ukrainian School, education should be aimed at personal development and at the formation of readiness for real life, rapid changes, creative thinking and critical analysis of the world as well as at the constant acquisition of new types of activity and communication by primary school learners. The purposefully organized extracurricular educational work plays an important role in education of primary school students, expansion and deepening of their knowledge and development of their creative abilities. It is found out that one of the main tendencies in improving the educational process of a primary school is transition from the traditional orientation for an average student to the creation of innovative conditions of education by means of modern forms and methods of work. It is pointed out that the usage of play-based technologies in primary school is an important factor for the development of a conscious, creative and all-round personality, because the play provides the purposeful influence on the personality of a child considering his/her individual and age characteristics, needs and interests. Therefore, extracurricular educational work in a primary school should be filled with modern play-based technologies that will provide students’ interaction with their peers. Also, primary school learners will be united by a common goal, emotions and efforts to get achievements in activities. All these, in turn, will leave a deep impression on a child’s mind and will contribute to the formation of good feelings, noble impulses and collective life skills. The article deals with the essence of modern play-based technologies with primary school learners in extracurricular educational work. They include quest technologies, show technologies, role-plot technologies, technology of a role play, etc. The author advances the idea that the primary school teacher is not only a manager and an organizer, but he/she is also an adviser, an older friend, a facilitator who can choose the proper game, adequately respond to students’ tricks, foresee conflicts and resolve them, who can provide children with freedom within the rules.
