Анотація
У статті з’ясовано особливості педагогічної підтримки артистично обдарованої учнівської молоді в європейських країнах. Висвітлено досвід надання педагогічної підтримки артистично обдарованій учнівській молоді в Польщі та Німеччині. Окреслено структуру артистичної обдарованості. Подано характеристику мистецьких шкіл, у межах яких надається педагогічна підтримка обдарованих учнів у сфері музичного, образотворчого та балетного мистецтва в Польщі та Німеччині.
The article explores peculiarities of the pedagogical support of artistically gifted student youth in the European countries. The experience of providing pedagogical support to artistically gifted student youth in Poland and Germany is highlighted. The structure of artistic talent is outlined. The description of art schools, which provide pedagogical support for gifted students in the field of music, fine arts and ballet in Poland and Germany is given. It is found out that in Poland and Germany there are great opportunities to develop abilities of artistically gifted students in the fields of music, fine arts and choreography, and at the same time complete general secondary education in specialized art institutions. The advantage of such art schools is training according to an individual educational program designed to meet the abilities and needs of gifted students. It is stated that, despite the large number of specialized education institutions, support for artistically gifted students in Germany, in particular in the field of fine arts and choreography, is mainly provided through classes with distinguished artists, unlike in Poland. In addition, cultural institutions in Germany play a significant role in the development of artistically gifted student youth. The issues of the pedagogical support of artistically gifted student youth in other countries and their comparison in order to find out general trends of pedagogical support of a specified category need further study.
