Анотація
У статті висвітлено перебіг та результати експериментального впровадження методики формування інтегральної компетентності майбутніх викладачів мистецьких дисциплін. Презентовано основні елементи означеної методики, розроблені на ґрунті інтегрального, системного, фахово-ментального та герменевтичного наукових підходів. Надано оглядовий опис процесу інтеграції педагогічних умов формування досліджуваного конструкту, який реалізовувався протягом компетентнісно-об’єктиваційного, проектувально-компетентнісного, практично-апробаційного етапів. Висвітлено процедуру застосування відповідних методів. Ознайомлено з основними результатами експериментальної перевірки ефективності розробленої методики.
The article highlights the process and results of the experimental implementation of the methodology for the formation of the integral competence of future teachers of arts disciplines. The basic elements of the mentioned methodology, developed on the basis of the concepts, are presented: functioning of metacognition (J. Pitrat), taxonomic structure of the competence sphere (B. Bloom), integral indexing (K. Wilber), as well as the integral, systemic, professional-mental and hermeneutic scientific approaches. The process of phased integration of the following pedagogical conditions is described: “promoting awareness and concretization of the content of competence complexes”, “actualization of the processes of selecting effective competence complexes to achieve specific educational and creatively developing goals”, “stimulating reflection of individual characteristics of subjects of the educational process as priority factors in structuring the psychological-pedagogical competence complexes”, “focus on definition of the content of competence complexes that are effective in the context of the process of creativepedagogical interpretation”. The process of actualizing the impact of the mentioned conditions was implemented during the competence-objective, design-competence and practical-testing stages of the experiment, by integrating the following methods: competence self-design; divergent competence elaboration, competence descriptisation of individual properties; pedagogical creative projects; self-diagnostics of the dynamic functionality of competences. The conducted diagnostic tests and verification of the research results by R. Fisher’s criterion made it possible to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology for the formation of the integral competence of future teachers of arts disciplines.
