Реалізація компетентнісного підходу в підготовці майбутніх фахівців електронного навчання: досвід ПНПУ імені В. Г. Короленка

Abstract

У статті висвітлено досвід упровадження в освітній процес системи підготовки магістрів спеціальності «Початкова освіта» за спеціалізацією «Електронне навчання» в Полтавському національному педагогічному університеті імені В. Г. Короленка. Обґрунтовано актуальність та необхідність уведення програми підготовки майбутніх учителів до організації електронного навчання, розкрито її реалізацію на основі компетентнісного підходу. Експериментально доведено ефективність педагогічних умов до формування проектувальної та тьюторської компетентностей студентів.

The experience of implementation into the educational process of the training system for bachelors and masters of the specialty "Primary Education" in the "E-learning" area in Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V. G. Korolenko has been spotlighted. The article experimentally substantiates the relevance and necessity of e-learning training for future teachers. The aim of the article is to substantiate theoretically and develop the component of the educational program of the Master of Elementary Education with the specialization "E¬learning", which includes the system of professional competencies and contents of the case study disciplines, pedagogical conditions and trajectory of training of the organizers of e¬learning. The experience of preparing masters of the specialty "Primary Education" with the additional specialization "E-learning" at the Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V. G. Korolenko is described. The program of e-learning specialists training at the Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V. G. Korolenko has been implemented on the ground of a competence- based approach; the professional competencies have been defined: subject-focused, didactic, methodological, organizational, designed, tutorial, research and educational. The description of educational disciplines "Modern Internet technologies of e-learning", "Designing of educational information e-environment", "Technologies of electronic educational resources creation", "Tutorial support in e-learning", has been given taking into account formation of basic professional competences at the second educational level "Master". The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for designing and tutoring competencies formation has been proved; they involve development of positive motivation for the design of educational information e-environment through the students' activity organization in the information environment of the education institution; organization of project, mixed and distance training for future teachers of primary school on the basis of educational cloud services; consideration of the contents of the professional-oriented component of informatics disciplines; masters' involvement into active research in the field of educational ICT.
