| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовується важливість створення оптимальних умов для розвитку особистості педагога, формування його професійно-значущих якостей, зокрема мотиваційної сфери його готовності до творчої розробки і упровадження педагогічних технологій. One of the factors, as the foundation of teacher educational problems, is the underestimation of the importance formation of teacher's readiness to implement innovative ideas and approaches. That is why, the creation of optimal conditions for the development of the teacher's personality, the formation of its professional qualities, the motivational sphere of its willingness for the creative development and implementation of educational technologies becomes important. |
