Abstract: Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі організації художньо- творчої діяльності школярів у галузі хореографічного мистецтва. Досліджено теоретичні основи творчості, методичні аспекти художньо- творчої діяльності школярів, форми й методи проведення українських народних свят.
The article is devoted to the actual problem of the pedagogy of art – organization of artistic-creative activity of schoolchildren in the choreographic collective. This problem is multifaceted and complex taking into account that it constitutes a symbiosis of properties, which are peculiar both for creativity, artistic creativity, and creative activity, as well as artistic-creative abilities of the individual. Today, a lot of modern research and unlimited pedagogical experience of teachers convincingly proves that artistic creativity in school years is a condition and means of maximum disclosure of creative abilities, activation of emotional-sensual and communicative sphere, cognitive interests and spiritual potential of schoolchildren. Unique opportunities for the development of schoolchildren by means of art include artistic-creative activity. In the process of this activity the schoolchildren have the ability to see, to observe, to feel; they acquire freedom of fantasy, associations, ideas; the imaginative thinking is activated, a harmonious combination of intuition with logical mental operations is carried out. The entire above mentioned arsenal is aimed at creating something new by the schoolchildren themselves, which differs significantly from what they have already learnt and, most importantly, is the result of their independent and fruitful work. In the context of our study, the artistic-creative activity of schoolchildren was carried out on the basis of Ukrainian folk rites and festivals, as folk wisdom and creativity fulfill the function of unity, interaction of upbringing and learning, stimulating the aesthetic self-improvement of schoolchildren and developing their creative talents. Along with this, realization of artistic-creative activity of schoolchildren in a choreographic collective is possible with the use of such means as: artistic perception (through motivational activity); awareness (through a combination of new and old in rituals, festivals); reproduction (through ritual activities, promoting the actualization of knowledge and experience); search (through new creative situations); realization of an artistic plan (through search analytical actions and role representations). The article defines the stages, forms and methods of organization of artistic- creative activity of schoolchildren in the choreographic collective on the basis of the Ukrainian national holiday “Andreevsky Vespers”.
