Анотація
У статті розкрито процес упровадження педагогічних умов формування професійної компетентності техніків-електромеханіків у коледжах транспортної інфраструктури - розкрито основні етапи експериментальної перевірки зазначених педагогічних умов, розкрито основні методи, форми та прийоми роботи, що були використані під час педагогічного експерименту, визначено ефективність проведеної експериментальної роботи за допомогою емпіричних і статистичних методів. Представлено результати дослідження, які засвідчили ефективність педагогічних умов, оскільки вони здійснили суттєвий вплив на формування кожного з компонентів професійної компетентності майбутніх техніків-електромеханіків у коледжах транспортної інфраструктури й визначили перспективу розроблення технології формування визначеного феномену.
The pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of technicians- electromechanics in transport infrastructure colleges are defined and grounded up: formation of positive motivation for mastery of the future profession; designing the content of educational and methodological provision of educational disciplines on the basis of a competence approach; the approach of educational activity to the realities of the future profession through the use of active, project and training technologies; strengthening the role of practical training in order to gain experience in the implementation of the future professional activities. On the basis of the theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of technicians-electromechanics in the colleges of transport infrastructure, the goal of the study was achieved - the main stages of experimental verification of the mentioned pedagogical conditions were revealed, the basic methods and forms of work that were used during the pedagogical experiment were revealed, the efficiency of the conducted experimental work using empirical and statistical methods. The bases of the experimental work stages were: at the first stage (second half of 2015), the scientific literature on a particular problem was studied and analyzed; the purpose of experimental work was formulated, the research hypothesis was formed, the object and subject were selected and the tasks of experimental work were determined, the theoretical justification was carried out; at the second stage (the first half of 2016 - the first half of 2018), the recording and formation stages of the pedagogical experiment were implemented; at the third stage of pilot experimental work (May - June 2018), an analysis of the obtained data and a comparison of the analytical material with the aim and objectives of the study were carried out; statistical processing of the results of experimental work was conducted; diagrams, models, tables, and graphs were constructed; the materials and conclusions were outlined meaningfully and analytically. The obtained results of the study showed the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions, as they had a significant impact on the formation of each of the components of the professional competence of the future technicians-electromechanics in the transport infrastructure colleges and identified the prospect of developing a technology for the formation of a defined phenomenon.
