Формування управлінської культури майбутніх педагогів у контексті організації самостійної роботи з педагогічних дисциплін

Abstract

У статті з’ясовано провідні підходи до визначення сутності понять «культура», «діяльність», «управління», «управлінська культура»; сформульовано дефініцію поняття «управлінська культура студентів-бакалаврів педагогічного вищого навчального закладу»; визначено та схарактеризовано структурні компоненти управлінської культури (мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний та управлінсько-аналітичний); установлено організаційно-педагогічні умови формування управлінської культури майбутніх педагогів.

The urgency and significance of the managerial aspect of professional training of the future teachers at a pedagogical higher education institution is due to new priorities and socio-cultural values of the 21-st century, aimed at innovating the content, means, forms and methods of their vocational and pedagogical training. Modernization of the system of higher education requires the efforts of pedagogical workers to develop the creative potential of the participants of the educational process. The purpose of the study us to highlight the main approaches to the definition of the essence of the concepts of “culture”, “activity”, “management”, “management culture”, “management culture of students-bachelors of pedagogical higher education institutions”; to define and characterize the structural components of management culture (motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity and managerial-analytical). The methodological basis of research consists of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization in order to find out the state of the development of the problem under study; comparison, generalization in order to formulate and concretize the findings of the study. The research determines the structural components of management culture of the future teachers: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity and managerial-analytical. Thus, the motivational-value component reflects the system of motives and value orientations of the students on the success of the activities related to the formation of management culture and directly in management activities. The cognitive component characterizes the presence of the students of professionally oriented knowledge necessary for management functions and a creative approach to the solution of managerial tasks. The operational-activity component reflects the presence of prognostic-diagnostic, communicative, organizational, regulatory and control-correction skills and abilities of the students. Management-analytical component characterizes the presence of the students’ communicative and organizational skills, leadership qualities and the ability to make managerial decisions for the effective implementation of professional activities. The conducted research makes it possible to determine the perspective directions of further development of the problem of formation of management culture of the future teachers: the study of the peculiarities of formation of the management culture of the students-masters in the context of organization of independent work on pedagogical disciplines.
