Анотація
У статті визначаються сучасні підходи до впровадження процесу соціальної реабілітації осіб з обмеженими можливостями. Увага акцентується на подоланні негативних тенденцій в підготовці названої категорії осіб до інтеграції в суспільство, потребі розробки нових теоретичних підходів до їх навчання, виховання та організації всієї життєдіяльності, які витікають із глибокого аналізу сучасних проблем корекційної освіти як у нашій країні, так і за кордоном.
In the article the modern approaches as to implementation of social integration process of individual s with disabilities are determined. Attention was focused on the negative trends disposition in the preparation process of the mentioned category of individuals in the course of their social integration, on the need in elaboration of new theoretical approa ches to their education, upbringing and the whole life arrangement, resulting from the deep analysis of modern problems in special education systems both in our country and abroad. Moreover the task must be solved with due account for the whole complex of medical, pedagogical, economical, social, social - psychological and other issues, concerning the social protection of individuals with disabilities, their education, upbringing, rehabilitation and habituation in social environment and also for social - econom ical living conditions of the society, that have changed. The principal directions in social rehabilitation implementation of individuals with disabilities are the managerial activity, mental and personal development diagnostic testing of children, develop mental and special (remedial) activities, education and coaching of children and teenagers, parents and co - workers, operational health and safety activities, dispatch social activity. The principles of social rehabilitation process of individuals with dif ferent nosological disorders, that are interrelated and realized in cohesion, are specified in the article. It is underlined that the social rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities issue becomes increasingly important on the grounds of serious stru ctural changes in constitutional rights enforcement in the field of their social protection.
