Основні чинники формування педагогічних поглядів і світоглядної позиції К. Василенка

Abstract

У статті схарактеризовано основні чинники, які вплинули на формування педагогічних поглядів і світоглядної позиції видатного українського педагога, хореографа і громадського діяча К. Василенка. Розкрито внесок К. Василенка в розвиток національної хореографії. Висвітлено маловідомі сторінки біографії педагога-митця. З’ясовано особливості співпраці хореографа з культурно-просвітницьким товариством «Україна», спрямованої на популяризацію національної культури в Україні та за її межами. Узагальнено досвід етнографічно-дослідницької діяльності К. Василенка.

The article was carries out the scientific analysis of the artistic and pedagogical heritage and theoretical generalization of K. Vasylenko’s creativity. The main factors that influenced the formation of pedagogical beliefs and worldview of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher, choreographer and social activist K. Vasylenko have been characterized. Among them are the following: family education, active participation in amateur performances while studying at school, creative ideas and collaboration with prominent Ukrainian figures of the twentieth century (M. Rylsky, G. Berezova, W. Verhovinets, P. Wirski, V. Avramenko, R. Gerasimchuk, А. Gumenyuk, N. Uvarovа), cultural and educational activities in the Honoured Dance Ensemble of the Ukrainian SSR «Dnіprо» and «Darnichanka» ethnographic research activities at the Institute of Art History, folklore and ethnography, research and teaching activities at Kiev State Institute of Culture, the active co-operation with the cultural and educational society «Ukraine» personal and professional self-improvement of the teacher. This article presents a little-known aspects of the teacher-creator’s biography. The article discoveres K. Vasylenko contribution to the development of national choreography. The article finds out the specifics of choreographer’s collaboration with the cultural and educational society «Ukraine», aimed at promoting the national culture in Ukraine and abroad: organization of theoretical and practical workshops on Ukrainian folk dance for the compatriots from the Diaspora, familiarity with the culture of Ukrainian people, attending concerts and rehearsals of the leading dance ensembles, of theater performances of opera and ballet, mastery of the fundamentals of classical and character dance, familiarity with the methodology of work in dance teams, learning dance compositions of known dance ensembles, including «Darnichanka», the exchange of experiences and literature, process improvement workshops, the creation of special educational films, soundtracks, lectures, copies of Ukrainian costume sketches, attracting a wide range of experienced choreographers and ballet masters, teachers, tutors.
