Громадянські цінності у сучасному шкільництві: зміст та шляхи формування

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз особливостей системи громадянського виховання у сучасному світі як складної ієрархічної системи, щаблями якої є: національний, реґіональний, глобальний. З’ясовано, що провідними завданнями громадянського виховання є формування громадянина держави-нації, певної реґіональної спільноти (громадянина Європи) та громадянина світу. Схарактеризовано складові кодексу виховних цінностей, розробленого в рамках проекту Ради культурного співробітництва ЄС "Виховання у дусі демократичного громадянства" та схваленого РЄ як керівництво до дії в умовах мультикультурного суспільства.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the system of civic education in the modern world as a complex hierarchical system, the stages of which are: national, regional, global. It is revealed that the main tasks of civic education are the formation of a citizen of the nation-state, a certain regional community (citizen of Europe) and a citizen of the world. The components of the Code of Moral Values developed within the framework of the project of the Council of Cultural Cooperation of the EU "Education in the spirit of democratic citizenship" and approved by the EC as a guide to action in a multicultural society are characterized.
