Шляхи активізації науково-дослідної роботи майбутніх управлінців навчальними закладами в процесі магістерської підготовки

Abstract

У статті представлено аналіз стану науково-дослідної роботи майбутніх управлінців закладами освіти в умовах підготовки в магістріумі. Презентовано шляхи її активізації у вищих навчальних закладах, де здійснюється спеціальна професійна підготовка на рівні магістр, за напрямом специфічні категорії, спеціальністю 8.000009 «Управління навчальним закладом». Визначено, що сучасний вищий навчальний заклад – це наукове співтовариство, яке здатне генерувати нове знання, розвивати освітнє середовище, займатись інноваційною науково-дослідною діяльністю, де процес підготовки в магістратурі посідає місце.

The analysis of condition of the research work of future managers of educational institutions during training for a master’s degree is represented. The ways of encouragement of this research work in higher educational institutions are offered, where special vocational training for a master’s degree is realized, the direction – specific categories, speciality 8.000009 «Educational institution management». The author of the article pays attention that modern higher educational institues – is scientific concord which may make new knowledge, develop educational environment, be occupied with scientific and research activity. The training for a master’s degree is take the special place.
