Інноваційні педагогічні технології у підготовці тьюторів для роботи з дорослими в Мексиці й Венесуелі

Abstract

У статті розглянуто інноваційні педагогічні технології у підготовці тьюторів для роботи з дорослими в Мексиці й Венесуелі. Автором виявлено, що використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій у підготовці тьюторів для роботи з дорослими в Мексиці й Венесуелі сприяє більш раціональному підходу слухачів до своєї професійної діяльності; розвитку їх особистісних якостей, професійних прагнень, індивідуальних здібностей, формуванню й удосконаленню їх професійної майстерності. Інноваційною формою організації діяльності учнів на занятті є кооперативний спосіб навчання (тобто навчання в малих групах), при якому реалізується спільна діяльність для досягнення спільних цілей.

In this article is analysed the innovative pedagogical technologies in professional training of tutors who work with adults in Mexico and Venezuela. Educational programs for professional training of tutors who work with adults in Mexico and Venezuela, are based on anthropological paradigm, focused on the individual learning, the development of cognitive, predictive, constructive and creative skills in future tutors, searching, interactive activities, the formation of social maturity and education for achieving independence in different spheres of life. The basis of modern professional andragogical education in Mexico and Venezuela are innovative interactive teaching methods that achieve more positive results due to the fact that students are open to learning and actively included in the relationship and cooperation with other in educational process, they have generated sufficient communication skills to enable positive interaction, they are able to analyze their performance and realize their potential, are almost ready to resolve problems in the life and professional activity, can be themselves, are not afraid of expressing themself, making mistakes. Interactive training mode is one of the modern trends of active social-psychological studies, it is based on dialogue, cooperation and collaboration of all subjects of the educational process. Online training is a way of knowing, implemented in the form of joint activity for students: all members of the educational process interact with each other, share information, solve problems together, simulate a situation of peers and evaluate their own behavior plunge into the atmosphere of a real business cooperation for the solution of liabilities of educational problems. The author found out that the use of innovative educational technologies in training of tutors who work with adults in Mexico and Venezuela promotes in the students a more rational approach to the study, develop their personal qualities and professional aspirations, their individual abilities, develop and improve their professional skills.
