Анотація
У статті акцентовано увагу на розгляді мікропедагогіки наукового наставництва і його відкритого середовища крізь призму досліджень учених Інституту педагогічної освіти і освіти дорослих НАПН України, їхньої ролі в розвитку неперервної освіти в Україні. На основі аналізу наукових праць І. Зязюна, Н. Ничкало, Л. Лук'янової, О. Рудницької, С. Гончаренка доведено, що якісними показниками культури наставництва є наукова етика, взаємоповага, моральність, естетичність.
The article is devoted to mentoring through the aspects of andragogical approach. Ukrainian language dictionaries give such description: the one who gives advice, teach; counselor, teacher. It is determined that the development of mentoring ideas allows scientists to understand more their role as carriers of a subculture, their role in reforming the modern Ukrainian education on the bases of cultural and european conformity. It is proved that the quality of education, personal and professional development, self-development, self-realization of the individuality of a scholboy, student, post-graduate student depends on the personality of the teacher-mentor. Such a kind of mentor is endowed with high levels of national identity, and mutual respect, extraordinary capacity for work and openness to educational innovation, rigor and honesty, tireless support for researchers, constant self-improvement. In facilitative format of educational activitiy he fills individuals with feelings of spirituality, tolerance, respect for others, “he teaches a human to be human”. In research works of scientists of the Institute of Teacher Education and Adult Education of NAPS of Ukraine is accentuated attention on micropedagogical scientific mentoring and its open environment where skilled person presents, and on his example, helps to formate patterns of behavior, personal position. Also, he teaches to “read” and to “interpret” the cognitive contexts, broadcast the examples of mastering of cultural norms and values, transfers the values of the science in the formation of students’ scientific thinking style. On the bases of the analysis of scientific papers of I. Zyazyun, N. Nychkalo, L. Lukyanova, O. Rudnytska, S. Goncharenko it is proved that the quality indicators of mentoring culture are intelligence, critical thinking, high ethical religious principles, tolerance of scientific discussion, own and distinctive teaching style of pedagogical action, mutual respect. The art and pedagogical action, interaction of such researchers-mentors as I. Zyazyun, N. Nychkalo, O. Rudnytska, L. Lukyanova, S. Goncharenko are based on andragogical principles. Refrain through the scientific works of masters is lying the idea of patriotic human with stable moral values that are very required for the formation of spiritual, moral and sensual, competence nature of Ukrainian society.
