Порівняльна характеристика фізичного стану сільських та міських школярів Сумської області

Abstract

Одним з найважливіших соціальних індикаторів суспільного прогресу, потенціалом економічного зростання та безпеки держави є стан здоров’я населення, який відображає добробут нації, її соціально-економічне, екологічне, демографічне становище. Ефективність організації процесу фізичного виховання з урахуванням особливостей мотивації, рухової активності, фізичної підготовленості та фізичного здоров`я старшокласників в закладах освіти сільської та міської місцевості Сумської області. У магістерській роботі теоретично обґрунтовано, розроблено та експериментально перевірено організаційно-методичні умови, які сприяють підвищенню ефективності організації навчального процесу залежно від типу навчального закладу і враховують мотиви й інтереси школярів, навчальне навантаження, особливості рухової активності, фізичну підготовленість, стан здоров’я.

One of the most important social indicators of social progress, the potential for economic growth and security of the state is the state of health of the population, which reflects the welfare of the nation, its socio-economic, environmental, demographic situation. The effectiveness of the organization of the process of physical education, taking into account the characteristics of motivation, physical activity, physical fitness and physical health of high school students in educational institutions in rural and urban areas of Sumy region. The master's thesis theoretically substantiates, developed and experimentally tested organizational and methodological conditions that help increase the efficiency of the educational process depending on the type of educational institution and take into account the motives and interests of students, workload, physical activity, physical fitness, health.
