Розробка фінансової стратегії підприємства

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – фінансові результати діяльності ТОВ «Фінансовий системний інтегральний сервіс». Предметом дослідження є механізм розробки фінансової стратегії підприємства. Мета магістерської роботи – розробка фінансової стратегії підприємства на підставі проведення комплексного дослідження фінансових результатів його діяльності. У магістерській роботі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти розробки стратегії підприємства; проведено комплексний аналіз фінансових результатів діяльності ТОВ «Фінансовий системний інтегральний сервіс» та її фінансового стану; проведено обґрунтування та розробку фінансової стратегії підприємства з використанням матриці фінансових стратегій.

The object of research is the financial results of the activity of Financial System Integral Service LLC. The subject of research is the mechanism of developing the financial strategy of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's work is to develop the financial strategy of the enterprise on the basis of a comprehensive study of the financial results of its activities. Theoretical and methodological aspects of enterprise strategy development are considered in the master 's thesis; a comprehensive analysis of the financial results of the activities of LLC "Financial System Integral Service" and its financial condition; substantiation and development of the financial strategy of the enterprise with the use of the matrix of financial strategies.
