Сучасні підходи до підготовки кваліфікованого робітника в закладах професійно-технічної освіти

Abstract

У статті висвітлено питання сучасного ринку праці, розрив між вимогами роботодавців до кваліфікації робітника й запропонованими на даний час можливостям їх забезпечення. Досліджено питання реформування й удосконалення системи освітнього простору України. Проаналізовано компетентнісний підхід до освіти в цілому, та до професійно-технічної освіти зокрема, як один із пріоритетних шляхів її модернізації. Наведено приклади запровадження компетентнісного підходу й охарактеризовано структурні компоненти компетентностей у різних сферах підготовки кваліфікованого робітника з урахуванням специфіки професії. Визначено результати анкетування здобувачів професійної освіти стосовно мотивів і бажання отримати професію за обраною спеціальністю, розуміння необхідності навчання саме в закладі професійної освіти.

The article covers the issues of the modern labour market and the gap between the skills an employer requires and the skills actually trained to date. The paper studies the reformation and improvement of the educational space in Ukraine. The article presents the results of the analysis of the competence-based approach to education in general and to vocational training in particular as one of its modernization priorities. There are examples of the use of the competence-based approach and a profession-oriented description of structural components of competences in various domains of quality vocational training. The paper reviews the results of a vocational student survey addressing the motivation and willingness to learn the chosen professional skills and understanding the need to study in a vocational school. Based on the analysis of pedagogical experience it is concluded that the competencebased approach is determined by one of the main directions of modernization of the educational space of Ukraine and vocational education in particular. The main purpose of vocational education is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of a competent, competitive, skilled worker. But all these concepts are quite creative, multifaceted and dynamic, so it is important to clarify their essence and identify ways to implement them, given the availability of professional educational standards, scientific and methodological support, professionalism of teachers and masters of industrial training. Vocational education obtained at an education institution should become the basis on which the formation and self-improvement of the future skilled worker will take place.
