| Abstract: | В магістерській роботі визначено особливості оцінки праці адміністративно-управлінського персоналу освітнього закладу; здійснено аналіз ефективності використання трудових ресурсів закладів освіти; розроблено основні напрями підвищення ефективності використання професійного потенціалу персоналу закладу освіти. The master's thesis identifies the features of the evaluation of the administrative staff of the educational institution; the analysis of efficiency of use of labor resources of educational institutions is carried out; the basic directions of efficiency increase of use of professional potential of the personnel of educational institution are developed. |
