dc.description.abstractФормування проблеми. Стаття присвячена проблемі формування у працівників університетів ІКТ-компетентностей при запровадженні та використанні ІК-технологій в організації освітнього процесу. Матеріали і методи. У дослідженні були застосовані теоретичні методи аналізу та узагальнення наукових праць провідних дослідників, щодо використання ІК-технологій при організації освітнього процесу; розглянуто наукові публікації , щодо компетентнісного підхіду до студентів у закладах вищої освіти; розглянуто можливі етапи формування компетентностей у співробітників організаційно-навчальних підрозділів університету під час використання сервісів Google Apps (G Suite). Результати. Розглянуто та проаналізовано поняття компетентностей у закордонній та вітчизняній науковій літературі. Спираючись на дослідження у психолого-педагогічній літературі та власний досвід, деталізовані суть та структура поняття «ІКТ-компетентності» співробітника організаційно-навчального підрозділу університету. Охарактеризовано обов’язки працівника організаційно-навчального підрозділу, які вимагають використання сучасник ІК-технологій та ІКТ-засобів. Надано короткий опис можливостей сервісів Google Apps (G Suite) для визначення рівня сформованості ІКТ-компетентностей у зазначених співробітників. Використання сервісів Google Apps (G Suite) при організації освітнього процесу працівниками організаційно-навчальних підрозділах університету дозволяє ефективно сформувати ІКТ-компетентность. Розглянуто можливості використання сервісів Google Apps (G Suite) під час діяльності організаційно-навчальних підрозділів (а сьогодні вони відіграють помітну роль у розвитку інформаційного наповнення єдиного освітнього середовища університету). Висновки. Аналіз отриманих результатів показав, що при цілеспрямованому використанні ІК-технологій, зокрема сервісів Google Apps (G Suite), співробітниками організаційно-навчальних підрозділів університету відбувається формування ІКТ-компетентностей.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractFormation of the issue. The article deals with the issue of formation of ICT competencies among university staff in the introduction and use of ICT in the organization of educational process. Materials and methods. The research is based on theoretical methods of analysis and summarization of scientific papers of leading researchers that considered the use of ICT in the organization of educational process; the competence-based approach to students in higher educational institutions is considered as well as possible stages of forming the competencies among the university organizational and educational staff during the use of Google Apps (G Suite). Results. The concept of competencies in the foreign and domestic scientific literature is considered and analyzed. Based on the psychological and pedagogical researches and own experience, the essence and structure of the concept of ‘ICT-competence’ of the staff member of the organizational and educational division of the university are detailed. The duties of the organizational and educational staff, which require the use of contemporary ICT and ICT tools are considered. A brief description of features of the Google Apps (G Suite) is provided in order to determine the level of ICT competencies among the above staff. The use of Google Apps (G Suite) in the organization of educational process by the organizational and educational university staff enables ICT competence to be effectively formed. Conclusions. The possibilities of using Google Apps (G Suite) in the work of organizational and educational units, which currently play a significant role in the development of the information content of the university’s single educational space, are considered. The analysis of the obtained results showed that the purposeful use ICT, in particular Google Apps (G Suite) by the university organizational and educational staff ensures the formation of ICT competencies.uk_UA
