dc.description.abstractФормулювання проблеми. В умовах військової агресії розширюються і поглиблюються види, функції, напрями професійної діяльності морських офіцерів. Тому загострюються і питання професійної підготовки майбутніх морських офіцерів. Актуалізується здатність майбутніх офіцерів орієнтуватися в потоці швидкозмінюваних даних, уміння працювати в інформаційному просторі, використовувати сучасні цифрові технології, системно й інноваційно мислити, порівнювати, аналізувати, прогнозувати, узагальнювати дані, за аналізом ситуації знаходити доцільні варіанти рішень, працювати із засобами масової інформації, дотримуючись цифрового етикету. Тому інформаційно-цифрова компетентність майбутніх морських офіцерів набуває вагомої ролі. Розвиток означеної інтегративної якості майбутніх морських офіцерів має відбуватися у процесі неформальної освіти. Матеріали і методи. Для вирішення поставленої проблеми використано низку теоретичних методів наукового пошуку, а саме аналіз та узагальнення нормативних документів, стандарту вищої освіти України у даній галузі та для певної спеціальності майбутніх морських офіцерів; аналіз інтернет-джерел для уточнення змісту поняття «інформаційно-цифрова компетентність майбутніх морських офіцерів», «неформальна освіта майбутніх морських офіцерів». Результати. Ми з' ясували, що в науковому обігу узгодженість між сутностями понять «інформаційна компетентність», «інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність», «цифрова компетентність», «інформаційно-цифрова компетентність» є відсутньою. Дослідники характеризують компетентності з урахуванням конкретних завдань галузі. Уточнено сутність ключових понять дослідження: «інформаційно-цифрова компетентність майбутніх морських офіцерів», «неформальна освіта майбутніх морських офіцерів». Показано, що закордонні та українські інституції звертають увагу роботодавців на необхідність визнавати набуті в умовах неформальної освіти компетентності і досвід. Тому ми вважаємо, що неформальну освіту майбутніх морських офіцерів слід сприймати як вид альтернативної освітньої діяльності, що передбачає розвиток професійних компетентностей шляхом долучення, зокрема, до відкритих онлайн-курсів, вебінарів, розроблення і використання електронних освітніх ресурсів. Висновки. Аналіз стану розробленості проблеми розвитку інформаційно-цифрової компетентності майбутніх морських офіцерів в умовах неформальної освіти засвідчив наявність певних нормативних документів, проте різновекторність наукових праць щодо професійної підготовки в контексті формування інформаційноцифрової компетентності майбутніх морських офіцерів в умовах неформальної освіти. Зарубіжний та український досвід використання цифрових технологій для розвитку інформаційно-цифрової компетентності майбутніх офіцерів ВМС в умовах неформальної освіти потребує подальших наукових досліджень.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractFormulation of the problem. In the conditions of military aggression, the types, functions, and areas of professional activity of naval officers expand and deepen. Therefore, the issues of professional training of future naval officers are becoming more acute. The ability of future officers to navigate the flow of rapidly changing data, the ability to work in the information space, use modern digital technologies, think systematically and innovatively, compare, analyze, forecast, summarize data, to find appropriate options for solutions based on the analysis of the situation, to work with mass media, adhering to digital etiquette. Therefore, the informational and digital competence of future naval officers has an important role. The development of the specified integrative quality of future naval officers can take in the process of informal education. Materials and methods. To solve the problem, several theoretical methods of scientific research were used, namely the analysis and generalization of normative documents, the standard of higher education of Ukraine in this field and for a certain specialty of future naval officers; analysis of Internet sources to clarify the content of the concept of "information and digital competence of future naval officers", "informal education of future naval officers". The results. We found out that in scientific circulation there is no consistency between the concepts of "information competence", "information-communication competence", "digital competence", and "information-digital competence". Researchers characterize competencies by taking into account the specific tasks of the industry. We clarified the essence of the key concepts of the study: "information and digital competence of future naval officers", and "informal education of future naval officers". We have shown that foreign and Ukrainian institutions draw the attention of employers to the need to recognize competencies and experience acquired in informal education. Therefore, we believe that the informal education of future naval officers should be perceived as a type of alternative educational activity, which involves the development of professional competencies by joining, in particular, open online courses, webinars, and the development and use of electronic educational resources. Conclusions. The analysis of the state of development of the problem of the development of information and digital competence of future naval officers in the conditions of informal education proved the presence of certain normative documents, but the diversity of scientific works on professional training in the context of the formation of information and digital competence of future naval officers in the conditions of informal education. The foreign and Ukrainian experience of using digital technologies for the development of informational and digital competence of future officers of the Navy in the conditions of informal education requires further scientific research.uk_UA
