Анотація
Методичні рекомендації розроблено для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності І7 «Терапія та реабілітація». У виданні представлено науково-методичне обґрунтування впливу фізтерапевтичних інтервенцій на функціональний стан осіб з частковою та повною втратою зору. Розкрито особливості функціонування організму в умовах зорової депривації, механізми просторового орієнтування, еквілібріоцепції та пропріоцепції.
Особливу увагу приділено методикам моніторингу супутніх змін у серцево-судинній, дихальній та нервовій системах, а також використанню скандинавської ходьби як засобу реабілітації. Матеріал адаптовано для самостійної роботи студентів та містить практичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності фізичної терапії також додані корисні посилання для супроводу та фізичної терапії осіб з порушеннями зору.
The methodological guidelines are designed for higher education students majoring in Specialty I7 «Therapy and Rehabilitation». The publication presents a scientific and methodological substantiation of the impact of physical therapy interventions on the functional state of individuals with partial and complete visual impairment. The features of body functioning under conditions of visual deprivation are described, including mechanisms of spatial orientation, equilibrioception, and proprioception. Special attention is paid to methods for monitoring associated changes in the cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous systems, as well as to the use of Nordic walking as a means of rehabilitation. The material is adapted for students’ independent work and includes practical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of physical therapy, along with useful resources for supporting rehabilitation processes in individuals with visual impairments.
