dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячується уточненню атрибутивних характеристик емоційного інтелекту з урахуванням специфіки діяльності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва та їхньої фахової підготовки. Обґрунтовано критеріальний апарат дослідження. Визначено рівні розвиненості емоційного інтелекту майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва. Розкрито перебіг констатувального експерименту щодо визначення якісного рівня розвиненості емоційного інтелекту в студентів. Узагальнено кількісні результати дослідження.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the issue of development of future musical art teachers’ emotional intelligence in the process of their training. The aim of the article is to describe the process and results of diagnostics of emotional intelligence in students – future music teachers. The theoretical and empirical research methods were used. The theoretical ones include analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, theoretical modeling, and the empirical ones include evaluation of the products of educational-creative activities, psychological diagnostics, the study and generalization of pedagogical experience, expert evaluation, pedagogical observation, surveys, discussions, and pedagogical experiment. Emotional intelligence in the context of activities and training of future music teachers is considered as a personal-professional ability to perceive, identify, realize and adequately interpret information related to emotional content expressiveness through empathic “connection” and rationalization of everyday and artistic emotions, regulation of emotional states in the process of artistic-pedagogical communication in order to implement effective strategies of pedagogical influence, as well as achieving congruent interaction in the deep emotional-intellectual comprehension of musical works. Development of emotional intelligence positively affects all aspects of professional training of a future musical art teacher. The article sets out and substantiates the criteria apparatus of diagnostic research. All criteria and indicators correspond to the structural components and attributive characteristics of the studied phenomenon. Criteria for assessing the levels of emotional intelligence of future musical art teachers are: a measure of the personal-value attitude to emotional interaction in the process of polysubject artistic-pedagogical communication; the degree of depth of personal empathic perception of emotional information obtained in the process of communication or comprehension of a musical work; the degree of ability to objective intellectual analysis of emotional information in the process of its interpretation; a measure of congruence of emotional expression as a way of artistic-pedagogical influence. The general quantitative results of the diagnostic study showed prevalence of low (50,2 %) and medium (38,8 %) levels of emotional intelligence among students, which makes it expedient to introduce methods for the targeted development of emotional intelligence of future musical art teachers in the process of their professional training as a way to increase internal positive correctness, success in the implementation of artistic-pedagogical communication and growth of the general professional level of students.uk_UA
