dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядається формування педагогічної майстерності як однієї з провідних складових ефективності професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів хореографічного мистецтва з високим рівнем творчого потенціалу в освітньому середовищі вищого навчального закладу. На основі психолого-педагогічних наукових розвідок автором визначено компоненти педагогічної майстерності майбутнього вчителя хореографії (професійна компетентність, особисті якості, педагогічна техніка, педагогічний такт, педагогічна творчість, гуманістична спрямованість, культура спілкування, педагогічні здібності). Запропоновано низку педагогічних ситуацій, спрямованих на розвиток педагогічної майстерності з метою формування творчого потенціалу майбутнього вчителя хореографії.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe formation of pedagogical mastery as one of the leading components of the effectiveness of training future teachers of choreography with a high level of creativity in the educational environment of higher education is considered in the article. The components of pedagogical mastery of the future teachers of choreography (professional competence, personal qualities, educational technology, pedagogical tact, pedagogical creativity, humanistic orientation, culture of communication, teaching ability) are defined by the author on the base of psycho-pedagogical scientific exploring. For the author’s ideological convictions, the efficiency of formation of the pedagogical mastery of future teachers of choreography depends on several factors, such as: the desire to evolve; creative activity of the personality as a conscious and controlled process; purposefulness and skill to setting the priority goals, planning and foreknowledge the results of activity; adequate self-esteem; a favorable professional pedagogical circumstance. A number of pedagogical situations aimed at developing the pedagogical mastery for the purpose of the formation of the creative potential of the future teacher of choreography are proposed and the criteria for their evaluation are defined. From the point of the author’s view the acquirement of pedagogical mastery of the future teachers of choreography opens before them the new ways of achievement their professionalism and competence in the teacher’s work, forms and realizes their creativity potential at the high level, allows to decide the tasks of educational work in the conditions of cooperation and co-creation.uk_UA
