dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена проблемі формування емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти, визначено та схарактеризовано критерії та показники рівнів сформованості емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти. Формулювання проблеми. В умовах модернізації дошкільної освіти особливого значення набуває питання щодо зростання вимог до професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти задля забезпечення гармонійного розвитку дітей, та особистості фахівця дошкільної освіти, зокрема. Емоційна культура майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти є необхідним сучасним особистісним новоутворенням, якому варто приділити окрему особливу увагу у процесі фахової підготовки. З цією метою варто удосконалювати професійно-педагогічну підготовки майбутніх вихователів у закладах вищої освіти, спираючись на визначені критерії та показники даного феномену. Матеріали і методи. Теоретичний аналіз та систематизація науково-педагогічної літератури для уточнення критеріїв та показників сформованості емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів; спостереження, анкетування, опитування, наративні методи, методика незакінчених речень, прийом дилем тощо для визначення вихідного рівня сформованості емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів. Результати. У статті визначено та схарактеризовано критерії та показники рівнів сформованості емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти. Критерії – когнітивний, емоційно-чуттєвий, поведінковий – співвідносяться з відповідними структурними компонентами емоційної культури майбутніх вихователів. Показники розкривають основні ознаки критеріїв та передбачають можливість вимірювання з використанням відповідних методик, спостережень, тестів, анкет тощо. Висновки. На сучасному етапі не існує чітко розробленої системи чи програми формування емоційної культури майбутнього вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти з використанням можливостей освітньо-виховного середовища закладу вищої освіти щодо позитивного впливу на цей процес. Основним вбачаємо необхідність цілеспрямованої системної роботи з формування емоційної культури студентів – майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти в процесі фахової підготовки, а саме: розробку та впровадження педагогічних умов формування емоційної культури майбутнього вихователя дітей дошкільного віку з використанням емоційного потенціалу освітньо-виховного середовища ЗВО.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the problem of formation of emotional culture of future educators of preschool education institutions, criteria and indicators of the level of formation of emotional culture of future educators of preschool education institutions are defined and characterized. Formulation of the problem. In the context of the modernization of preschool education, the question of increasing the requirements for the professional training of future educators of preschool education institutions to ensure the harmonious development of children, and the personality of a pre-school educator, in particular, is important. The emotional culture of future educators of preschool education institutions is a necessary modern personal growth, which should be given special attention in the process of vocational training. To that end, it is worth improving the vocational and pedagogical training of future educators in higher education institutions, based on certain criteria and indicators of this phenomenon. Materials and methods. Theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific and pedagogical literature to clarify the criteria and indicators of the formation of the emotional culture of future educators; observation, questionnaire, survey, narrative methods, unfinished sentence methodology, taking dilemmas, etc. to determine the initial level of formation of the emotional culture of future educators. Results. The article defines and characterizes the criteria and indicators of the level of formation of emotional culture of future educators of preschool education institutions. The criteria – cognitive, emotional-sensual, behavioral – correlate with the corresponding structural components of the emotional culture of future educators. The indicators reveal the main features of the criteria and include the possibility of the measurement using appropriate methods, observations, tests, questionnaires, etc. Conclusions At the current stage, there is no clearly developed system or program for the formation of the emotional culture of the future educator of a preschool education institution using the possibilities of the educational environment of such an institution regarding the positive influence on this process. The main thing is the need for a targeted systematic work on the formation of the emotional culture of students – future specialists of preschool education in the process of professional training, namely: the development and the introduction of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the emotional culture of the future educator of preschool children using the emotional potential of the educational environment of the university.uk_UA
