dc.description.abstractУ статті поставлено проблему імплементації в освітню реальність вищої школи людино- і культуровідповідних цивілізаційних очікувань, зафіксовану в суперечності між потребою в науковому переосмисленні світоглядних принципів загальнолюдських смислів і образів творчого буття людини в професійній сфері життєдіяльності та інертністю в розробці й упровадженні відповідних технологій професійної освіти в України. Мета статті полягає у висвітленні модельних параметрів організації (маркерів) психолого-педагогічного супроводу підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва та хореографії до самореалізації в умовах культурно-освітнього середовища сучасного вищого навчального закладу. Самореалізацію педагогапрофесіонала визначено як цілеспрямований рефлексований процес і результат об’єктивації його індивідуального потенціалу, професійного й фахового ресурсу в освітню реальність, що базується на діалогічних засадах співтворчості, результатом якої є взаєморозвиток і взаємооновлення суб’єктів педагогічної взаємодії. Підготовку майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва та хореографії до професійної самореалізації розглянуто як об’єктивний творчий процес, що забезпечує мотиваційно-смислове ставлення до соціокультурної місії професійної діяльності вчителів музичного мистецтва та хореографіїuk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article raised the issue of implementation of the educational reality of high school and man- and culture-appropriate expectations civilization expectations enshrined in conflict between the need for rethinking scientific philosophical principles of universal meanings and images of creative human being in the professional sphere of life and inertia in the development and implementation of appropriate techniques of professional education in Ukraine. It appears as unsolved art education teacher direction, including future teachers of music and dance in the context of human-centered and creative and acmeological criteria, meta-principles self-organization and transparency that will cause the willingness of the teachers of music and dance to contemporary professional life. The purpose of the article is to highlight the parameters of the model (markers) psycho-pedagogical support training of future teachers of music and dance to the self-organization in terms of cultural and educational environment of the modern university. Self-realization of a teacher-focused professional is defined as a reflective process and outcome of objectification his individual capacity, vocational and professional education resource in reality, based on the principles of co-creation of dialogue, which results in mutually develop and mutually updates subjects and pedagogical interaction. Training of teachers of music and dance to professional fulfillment is considered as an objective and creative process, providing motivational and semantic relationship to socio-cultural missions of the professional teachers of music and choreography. The content has cognitive, axiological, personal, active and creative components that are implemented in such psychological and pedagogical conditions, including the content of the educational process individual subjective experience of the student; ensure student perception itself as the subject of individual professional formation; direction of professional teachers and teaching goal-setting for updating the students need to fulfill their potential in teaching of the teachers of music and dance of secondary school; information openness of the educational process.uk_UA
