dc.description.abstractФормулювання проблеми. Актуальність професійної орієнтації молоді на ІТ-спеціальності обумовлюється поглядом на ІТ індустрію як на унікальне середовище, сприятливе для зміцнення української економіки. Водночас, недостатність професіографічної інформації унеможливлює проведення якісної та ефективної профорієнтаційної роботи зі школярами на ІТ-спеціальності. Мета дослідження - встановлення базової змістової складової професійної інформації школярів про ІТ-спеціальності з урахуванням особливостей розвитку сучасного ІТ-ринку. Матеріали і методи. Теоретичний аналіз соціологічних, психологічних, педагогічних праць, систематизація поглядів і досягнень учених для виявлення стану розробленості проблеми, визначення специфіки професійної інформації та обґрунтування її базової змістової складової щодо ІТ-спеціальностей. Результати. Професійна інформація школярів передбачає надання їм вичерпної інформації для вибору, прийняття рішення і реалізації особистої освітньої та кар’єрної траєкторії. В ІТ-індустрії найчастіше вирізняють такі ключові сегменти як апаратне забезпечення, створення ІТ-продуктів, ІТ-сервіси, ІТ-аутсорсинг бізнес-процесів, а складовими ринку професій є розробка, підтримка, менеджмент та маркетинг. Динамічність розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій обумовлює неможливість усталення підходів професіографії ІТ-професій. Готовність до професійного самовдосконалення та навчання протягом усього життя, вміння стрімко змінювати професійну траєкторію – неодмінні вимоги, що висуваються до усіх працівників ІТ-галузі. Висновки. Проведення профорієнтаційної роботи зі школярами на ІТ-спеціальності має передбачати в якості базової змістової складової професійної інформації як ознайомлення учнів з основними сегментами ІТ-індустрії та різноманіттям ІТ професій і спеціальностей, так і забезпечення усвідомлення учнями мінливості змісту професійної діяльності ІТ фахівців, наявності специфічних вимог до їх безперервного професійного зростання і перекваліфікації.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractFormulation of the problem. The relevance of the career guidance of youth on the IT- specialty is conditioned by the look at the IT-industry as a unique environment conducive to strengthening the Ukrainian economy. At the same time, the lack of professional information makes it impossible to conduct high-quality and effective vocational guidance work with students on the IT- specialty. The purpose of the research is to establish the basic content component of professional information of students about the IT-specialty taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the modern IT-market. Materials and methods. Theoretical analysis of sociological, psychological, pedagogical works, systematization of attitudes and achievements of scientists for revealing the state of development of the problem, determining the specifics of professional information and substantiating its basic content component about IT-specialties. Results. Professional information for students provides them with comprehensive information for selecting, deciding and implementing a personal educational and career trajectory. The IT- industry most often distinguishes key segments such as hardware, IT-products, IT-services, IT-outsourcing of business processes, and the components of the profession market are the same: development, support, management, and marketing. The dynamism of the development of information and communication technologies makes it impossible to establish the approaches of the professionography of IT-professions. The readiness for professional selfimprovement and lifelong learning, the ability to rapidly change the professional trajectory - the indispensable requirements imposed on all employees of the IT industry. Conclusions. Carrying out career guidance with students on the IT- specialty should provide as a basic content component of professional information familiarizing students with the main segments of the IT-industry and the diversity of IT-professions and specialties, ensuring that students are aware of the variability of the content of the professional activities of IT-professionals, the availability of specific requirements for their continuous professional growth and retraining.uk_UA
