dc.description.abstractУ статті схарактеризовано категорії «компетенції» та «компетентності», що актуалізовані в останні роки у зв’язку з розробленням інноваційних концепцій вищої освіти, орієнтованої на європейські стандарти. Визначено зміст категорії компетенції як сфери фахової діяльності, обмеженої правовими та соціокультурними нормативами. Розкрито зміст категорії компетентностей як продуктивного, з погляду необхідності переходу до формалізованих і стандартизованих технологічних програмних засобів, позначення сукупності очікуваних або отриманих результатів навчання у вищому навчальномузакладі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the content of the categories «competationes» and «competence» are actualized in connection with contemporary development of innovative technologies of training in higher school, oriented on the European standards. Defines the content category competationes as the areas of professional activities, limited legal and sociocultural normative. Reveals the meaning of competencies as designations expected or achieved set of learning outcomes in higher education. The transition to the new «competency» terms in the legal framework of the organization of the educational process caused by objective requirements, the need for standardization of the learning environment in higher educational institutions of various types; the prospect of formation of common European educational space and ensuring conversion diplomas; the need to unify the system of quality assessment of knowledge; simplification of system design documentation constituent in the process of introducing new areas of study in higher educational institutions; the introduction of information technology in management of educational institutions. The feasibility of the transition to the new «competency» terminology is driven by her efforts to improve the terminology of management of higher education. The feasibility of transition to modern competence approach is also due to the need to overcome the fundamental contradictions of the system of higher education: imbalances and the quality of theoretical and practical vocational training graduates.uk_UA
