dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються проблеми й завдання щодо пріоритетів культурно-освітнього розвитку суспільства в контексті сучасних реалій України. Аналізуються підходи, напрями, моделі освітньої політики відповідно зарубіжного й вітчизняного досвіду, акцентуючи увагу на пріоритетному впровадженню педагогічних принципів культуро,- природовідповідності, народності. Висвітлюється значимість української національної ідеї, цінностей культури, державної мови, мистецтва, історії, традиції, вітчизняної духовної спадщини для вдосконалення змісту освіти, громадянського виховання. Актуалізується відповідно нинішніх умов місце й роль українського педагога в системі суспільного виховання, важливість для духовного, морально-етичного та громадянського зросту особистості сучасних прикладів поведінкових норм і вчинків для наслідування.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article considers the challenges on the priorities of cultural and educational development of the society in the context of current realities of Ukraine. The approaches, trends, models of education policy under foreign and domestic experience, focusing on priority implementation of pedagogical principles of culture and nature-compliance, nationality are analyzed. In the world community awareness and understanding of the importance of democratic and civic education, providing all of the complex political civil liberties, social and economic rights are formed. The governments, state tried to avoid threats to social apathy, aggression, historical fatalism and social cataclysms, recognizing that the presence of modernized institutions making the most democratic laws and Acts cannot guarantee harmonization of public relations. The article highlights the importance of Ukrainian national idea, values, culture, state language, art, history, traditions, national spiritual heritage to improve the content of education, civic education. The efforts to reform and modernize the current Ukrainian education will have meaning and outcome when firstly, its content does not abide in classical pedagogical principles culture and nature-compliance. Secondly, under any circumstances, the state, the civil institutions, the educational institutions should not deprive society and national school ground. Thirdly, Ukrainian selecting European way of forming new cultural and educational policies should learn the rules and regulations of Europeanism. To be worthy citizen of the world, it is necessary first of all to be worthy of Ukrainian, worthy son of its people. Fourth, the special attention of the state and society needs improving cultural and educational, informational, Legal Policy for approval authority, in particular for national minority of the Ukrainian state language. Fifth, Ukraine should educate a teacher-educator – a decent person of high culture and self-respect to his «I», its people, homeland. The place and role of the teacher in the Ukrainian system of public education, the importance of spiritual, moral, ethical and civic stature of the individual examples of modern behavioral norms and actions to follow are updated in accordance with current conditions.uk_UA
