dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено процес розвитку шкільної правової освіти дітей з порушеннями інтелекту з початку ХХ століття до моменту виходу України зі складу Радянського Союзу, вивчено змістове наповнення правознавчих курсів допоміжних шкіл, досліджено процес реформування шкільних предметів цього профілю, зміну методологічних, ідеологічних та організаційно-дидактичних підходів у навчанні школярів цим предметам. Наголошено на важливості шкільних предметів «Конституція СРСР і УРСР», «Бесіди про наше радянське суспільство», «Радянське суспільство», «Основи радянської держави і права» (які викладалися учням допоміжних шкіл УРСР у різний часовий проміжок) у соціальній інтеграції старшокласників з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку. Підкреслено важливість шкільних правознавчих курсів, які попри велику заідеологізованість, сприяли розвитку пізнавальної активності, формували правову культуру дітей з порушеннями інтелекту, сприяли розвитку інтересу та мотивації до вивчення зазначених предметів та забезпечували усвідомлення морально-етичних категорій.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article the process of development of school legal education of children with intellectual disabilities from the beginning of the twentieth century to the moment of Ukraine's withdrawal from the Soviet Union is investigated, the substantive filling of law courses of auxiliary schools is studied, the process of reforming school subjects of this profile, the change of methodological, ideological and organizational sub-methods in teaching students these subjects. The first attempts at forming elementary legal knowledge and socionormative behavior in children with intellectual disabilities in families and a few special educational institutions and support classes for students with intellectual disabilities are described. The first steps of the Soviet power in the formation of the state system of special education are described, in the framework of which elementary legal knowledge of children of this category was organized within the subjects of «Country Studies» and «Social Studies». The Importance was notedof school subjects «Constitution of the USSR and the USSR», «Conversations about our Soviet society», «Soviet society», «Fundamentals of the Soviet state and law» (taught to students of auxiliary schools of the USSR in different time intervals) in the social integration of high school students with intellectual disabilities. B. Puzanov's contribution to legal education and upbringing of high school students with intellectual disabilities is highlighted, the positive influence of the scientist's recommendations in the formation of legal knowledge and culture in children with intellectual disabilities is emphasized, namely the combination of purposeful teaching in the basics of law (even within a small section) with educational work in school and social and normative education in the family. According to B. Puzanov, media (radio, television, press), popular legal literature, family, friends, society, etc. are of great importance in the formation of elementary legal consciousness in children of this category. The importance of school law courses, which in spite of their high ideological content, emphasized the development of cognitive activity, formed the legal culture of children with intellectual disabilities, promoted the interest and motivation to study these subjects and provided awareness of moral and ethical categories.uk_UA
