dc.description.abstractВ статті розкривається сутність сучасного суспільства, яке характеризується нестійкістю, нелінійністю свого розвитку та ризикогенністю. Автором зазначається, що експоненційний розвиток високих наукомістких технологій призводить до появи нового технологічного укладу, а також зміни соціального устрою суспільства, а отже і до експоненційного сприйняття і звикання до технологій, їх впровадження в повсякденне життя людини. Акцент зроблений на тезі, що в сучасних умовах розвитку цивілізації спостерігається трансформація загальнолюдських цінностей та тенденція до виникнення нових цінностей техногенної цивілізації. Автором акцентується увага на питанні свободи особистості, а також важливості методів, які використовуються для досягнення мети у побудові образу майбутнього.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe present article dwells upon the essence of modern society, which is characterized by instability, nonlinearity of its development and risk. The author notes that the exponential development of high technology leads to the emergence of a new technological structure and changes in the social structure of society, and, consequently, to the exponential perception and addiction to technology, its introduction to everyday life. The special significance is paid to the current conditions of civilization and the transformation of human values and the tendency to new values of technogenic society. A special accent must be given to the issue of individual freedom and the importance of the methods used to achieve the goal of building the future. Much attention is paid to the analysis of postnonclassical science, defining its features and ideological orientations. Also the author reveals the essence of the basic philosophical issues, such as the active development of scientific knowledge, dissemination and implementation of high technologies (Hi-Tech and Hi-Hume) etc. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the main features of electronic civilization, for example, the formation of social communication networks, the empowering of the global Internet, the virtualization of human life, and the processes of informatization, computerization and digitization. The author reveals the positive and negative impacts of high technology for human and society. Much attention is paid to the transformation of the concept of «values» in the context of active expansion of high technologies.
