dc.description.abstractМонографія присвячена комплексному дослідженню теоретико-методологічних і практичних аспектів розвитку творчого середовища в закладах вищої освіти (вищих військових навчальних закладах, закладах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання). У науковій праці висвітлено сучасні підходи до організації педагогічного процесу, що сприяють становленню атмосфери співтворчості, натхнення та професійної самореалізації. Автори аналізують сутність творчої атмосфери як важливого чинникаефективної педагогічної діяльності, зокрема через призму соціально-психологічного клімату в колективі, взаємодію між викладачами та здобувачамивищої освіти, а також застосування інноваційних методик навчання. Значна увага приділяється питанням мотивації педагогів до творчості, розвитку їхньої креативності та впровадження сучасних педагогічних технологій. У монографії представлено результати емпіричних досліджень, практичнікейси та рекомендації щодо створеннясприятливого творчого середовища узакладах вищої освіти. Перший розділ монографії присвячений визначенню сутнісних характеристик поняття – «творчість» та творча педагогічна і інноваційна (креативна) діяльність; проаналізовано зміст педагогічної діяльності та педагогічної творчості та розкрита структура здібностей, як одного з основних факторів, що сприяють творчій педагогічній діяльності. Теоретично ми дослідили поняття «атмосфери» в колективі та розглянули поняття «творча індивідуальність», яке розглядається нами як ефективна технологія, за допомогою якої можна направити педагогічну творчу діяльність в русло інноваційної діяльності. Нами обґрунтовано, що джерелом прояву творчоїі ндивідуальності людини є натхнення, тому ми зупинились і на розкритті цього поняття, яке нами розглядається як творчий стан людини. Другий розділ монографії присвячений розробці та експериментальному підтвердженні взаємозв’язку творчої атмосфери в педагогічному колективі та прояву творчої індивідуальності людини. Викладено основні фактори, які характеризують показники атмосфери в колективі як соціально-психологічної умови прояву творчої індивідуальності людини в групі; проаналізовано результати експерименту, представлені методичні рекомендації щодо поліпшення атмосфери в групі та прояву творчої індивідуальності людини. Колективна монографія буде корисною для науковців, викладачів, керівників різних рівнів закладів вищої освіти, здобувачів вищої освіти та всіх, хто цікавиться питаннями інноваційного розвитку освіти та особистісного креативного розвитку.
dc.description.abstractModern education requires radical changes aimed at developing creativity, innovative thinking, and creative self-expression in both teaching staff and students. In the context of rapid technological progress and changing social challenges, traditional approaches to learning are no longer always effective. That is why the formation of a creative atmosphere in the teaching staff and the promotion of the manifestation of the creative individuality of each individual are becoming particularly relevant. A creative atmosphere in an educational institution is not only a guarantee of a productive educational process, but also an important factor in the formation of motivation, initiative, emotional comfort and professional self-realization. Harmonious interaction of teachers in a team contributes to their personal growth, increasing the level of pedagogical skills and creating an innovative educational environment. At the same time, supporting creativity in higher education students allows them to develop non-standard thinking, initiative and the ability to express themselves, which are important qualities in a modern educational environment. Research methods (theoretical aspect): 1) testing (Torrance Creative Thinking Test (TTCT) – assesses flexibility, originality, elaboration and speed of thinking; “Incomplete Figures” technique (Guilford, 1967) – assesses the ability to find non-standard solutions; Amabile Creativity Questionnaire – determines the level of creative potential of the individual); 2) questionnaire and survey (questionnaire to determine the creative potential of an individual - contains open and closed questions about the attitude to creativity, readiness for non-standard thinking; the "Creative Behavior Style" technique (Kirienko) - analyzes the tendency to creative decisions in various areas of activity; observation; study of the creative activity of an individual in natural or simulated conditions; analysis of behavior when performing creative tasks); 3) experiment (method of incomplete situations – the subject is asked to find a solution to a non-standard problem; brainstorming – the ability to generate ideas is assessed; creative exercises (associative series, alternative uses of objects, etc.)); 4) analysis of activity products (study of creative works (drawings, texts, projects); assessment of originality, flexibility and non-standard approaches; 5) expert assessment method (analysis of the creative potential of an individual through assessment by specialists (psychologists, teachers, creative practitioners). In the process of research and analytical work, we have established that the main condition for the realization of the creative potential of the individual in the pedagogical team is a creative atmosphere. In addition, we have scientifically substantiated the factors and conditions that determine the possibility of creating a creative atmosphere and the manifestation of the creative individuality of all participants in the pedagogical process in it: the factor of innovativeness of pedagogical activity; the factor of creativity of pedagogical activity as a personal and social characteristic of the teacher and pedagogical activity; the factor of community of pedagogical activity. For the manifestation of creative individuality in pedagogical activity, a number of socio-psychological conditions are necessary that determine its manifestation, formation and development: a creative atmosphere, which we characterize as a condition for the manifestation of creative individuality and is studied from various sides - as a phenomenon of life, as a stimulus for creativity, as a way of analyzing life, as a connection between the beginning and the idea. We consider the atmosphere as an opportunity to realize one's own individuality, as a feeling, a mood for this realization; for the formation of creative individuality, one of the important conditions is necessary - the condition of joint innovative pedagogical activity, which in turn is determined by the specifics of the innovative pedagogical team, namely: creative individuality can only manifest itself: 1) in a specifically socially organized group – a community – a social association with a goal determination, while the goal determination is considered by us as an innovative idea; 2) in a group in which the following are expressed: the goal of the group (innovative ideas); group norms (norms of innovative activity); group cohesion; phases of group development; a certain structure of the group. In the shortest version, we can talk about a creative personality as one who "owns" strategies for solving new problems, implements these strategies, and is able to make appropriate changes to their activities depending on specific conditions and their own capabilities. These characteristics allow us to see three main components of a personality as a holistic system, namely its intellectual, volitional, and emotional qualities, which are united by creative abilities. We consider the creative personality as an effective technology with which you can direct pedagogical creative activity towards innovative activity.
