dc.description.abstractАналізується проблема забезпечення потужного потоку інтелектуальних інновацій, необхідних для вирішення технологічних, економічних, управлінських проблем знаннєвого суспільства. Вводяться і розробляються концепти «знання-продукт» і «знання-ресурс». Підкреслюється, що існуюча система освіти не відповідає принципово новим вимогам інноваційного суспільства. Орієнтація на пам'ять як джерело засвоєного знання йде далеко в минуле. Сьогодні необхідно культивувати людину-винахідника, який здатний використовувати накопичені суспільством знання як ресурс подальшого розвитку особистості і соціуму в цілому. Школа майбутнього повинна забезпечити своїм вихованцям можливість оволодіння методикою і технологією інноваційного мислення. Необхідно виробити вміння діяти в світі проблем, приймати рішення в умовах невизначеності, оволодіти методикою організації мозкових атак, морфологічним аналізом, системним підходом тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the problem providing a powerful stream of intellectual innovations needed to solve the technological, economic, management problems of a knowledgeable society because usually it concerns the important sphere of national interests and safety. The aim of this work is to consider the cognitive factors that determine the effectiveness of innovative processes. The author dwells on the works of E. Agazzi, E. Fromm, G. Altshuller, P. Weinzweig and other researchers in this area. The concepts of "knowledge-product" and "knowledge-resource" are introduced and developed. The author pays attention to one fundamentally important circumstance: knowledge as a resource is a problem both in practical and in the theoretical aspect. The point is that we have to look for means and make efforts because knowledge-products "naturally" do not transform into knowledge-resources. This is due to the model of mastering the knowledge that the subject enjoys. The existing system of education does not match brand new requirements of the society: to consider memory as the treasure of assimilated knowledge becomes the feature of the past. Now we must cultivate a men-inventor who is able to use knowledge (the progress is impossible without it) accumulated by the society as a resource for further development of an individual as well as the society itself. The school of the future must guarantee its graduates the possibility of mastering the methods and technologies of innovative way of thinking (i.e. the ability of acting in the world of problems, taking decisions under these circumstances of uncertainty), the acquaintance with the methods of organization of brain attack, with morphological analysis, system approach and so on.uk_UA
